Dry Cleaning Monster

Greg needed his suit dry cleaned by today but by the time we got a round to it the dry cleaner wouldn't have been able to have it ready for pick up on time. We bought a Dryel kit and last night, I cleaned the suit myself.  When I took the suit out of the dryer it was slightly damp, so I hung it up on the weight set we have in our bed room next to the bed instead of the closet so it could air out...
Rolling over in the middle of the night to see the dark silhouette can really scare the crap out of you.

Too Cute

I recently taught Timmy a new skill, one that is absolutely necessary for child hood.

A laptop Disaster and Some Pictures

We had a gateway laptop. We bought if for Greg while we were still in school. It had some rough times. It went through a few power cords. Greg dropped it once and the hinge was never the same again. The battery could no longer hold a charge. It still worked great though, as long as it was plugged it. We decided to buy a new laptop with our tax return. It was nice to have two laptops again. Greg was using the new one and I was still using the old one (all of my stuff was saved on it). We figured we could start a Lap top rotation. We  would have new one and an old one. When the old one died we could replace it with a new one and so the cycle would go. It sounded like a great plan but the old laptop didn't last much longer, only about two weeks. You see, there is nothing that makes me angrier than an uncooperative computer and I Hulk smashed the laptop. Okay not really, but I was frustrated with it and I smacked the keyboard. This one little smack destroyed the hard drive. *Face palm* Well, we ended up buying a second new laptop, so now we have 2 new laptops not a new one and an old one.

It wasn't too big of a deal that the old one died. Don't get me wrong. I wasn't happy about spending the money, but we didn't lose a lot of information. We had had that laptop set up to our media PC so that all of our pictures would automatically copy over about once a week. We might have lost a few word files, but nothing important especially since we're not in school anymore. Well, today I get on a Facebook and set up my page to use the timeline. I wen't to look for a good family photo to use for my cover and discovered that the media PC didn't have any pictures after Sept. 2011. I guess the pictures weren't copying over like they were supposed to be. Grrr! Luckily, I don't delete pictures off of my memory cards until my memory cards get full. I pulled out some old cards today and saved all of my pictures to my laptop again.

I figured I'd share some of the cute pictures of Timothy I found. His Grammy probably needs a Timmy Photo Fix.

Not exactly a cute pic of Timothy. Timmy thinks books are for eating.

He just won't get out of the tub even after we've drained the water.

Trying to crochet like mommy.

15 Months

Today, Timothy went into the doctor for his well baby check up.
Enjoying the toys in the waiting room.
Weighing in at 20lb 13oz. he was in the 19 percentile for weight.
Measuring at 30 1/4 inches he was in the 15 percentile for height.

His head measurement was 18 1/2 inches, but I was a little distracted by a wiggly little boy and didn't hear the percentile for that one, but I did hear the doctor say it was a little bigger than average. So, I guess I still have a little boy with a big head. The poor kid had to get a couple of shots today too and he sure screamed his head off when he got them too, but I can't imagine it makes it feel any better when he tries to roll over after the nurse pokes him with the needle and hasn't removed it yet.
