Happy birthday to one of the most important people in my life! Do you remember this cake I made you back in 2005 when I lived with you guys in San Francisco? Those were the days! And that was SOME cake if I remember correctly. The girls even helped me bake it. I wish I was there today to celebrate with you.

I think I've had a special place in my heart for my this uncle of mine since the day I was born...how lucky to feel the same way 31 years later!
