Summer Vacation 2014 Destin, Florida

We are back from from our family vacation to Destin. Man, it was sure hard to leave the beach. We enjoyed beautiful weather every day and the kids couldn't get enough of the ocean. I spent the entire trip soaking up the sun from a beach chair, shopping and eating delicious sea food. What could be better?

Reagon is 17 and her boyfriend Taylor came with us this year
Photo Bomber! =)

Kendall loves to cheer, even on the beach!

Reagon will be a Senior this year so we tried out a few beach shots for her announcements. I'm sad just typing that.

We celebrated Poppa's 58th while on the trip! Ice cream cake!
Lots of late night game playing

Little Jedidiah is 7 and such a joy! He is happy and healthy and we are so grateful!

Homecoming Jr Maid

Reagon was chosen to represent the Junior class as maid at this year's homecoming ceremony. It was so much fun and I was a proud mom for sure! First they had a pep rally during the day at school and then the actual homecoming ceremony before the football game.

Reagon is 16 and is more than I could ever ask for in a daughter. She is a blessing to our family!

Kendall was able to enjoy the night with her sister on the field. Her cheer squad did an awesome half time show/dance.

It was a wonderful night for our family. Enjoy the pics!

WOW! It's time to update!

Maybe I should try updating this blog again more than once a year!

Life gets so busy and it seems like there just isn't enough time in the day! I love this blog and I hate that I've neglected it so much in the last several month.

Let's try to catch up and stay caught up..what do you say?

Reagon finished out her 10th grade year with a bang. She was chosen as a player on the All Star Tourney Team in her division in basketball for the state of Arkansas. That was a great honor and we are proud of her!

We have made two trips to Moore, OK to help the tornado victims. WOW. Something we will never forget!

In my free time (what is that?) I still enjoy working on furniture redos. This is my most recent makeover for Reagon's room.
 Reagon's car...she was so excited!
The JED Harper Foundation (Sharing JED) is really busy! I am so thankful the Lord blessed me with this ministry. You can check out our website at www.sharingjed.org
 Moore, OK

We spent a lot of time on the lake this summer and had a lot of fun!

Kendall turned 12 in April and chose to give her birthday money to some of our friends who are missionaries in Africa. They mailed her a birthday necklace and she loves it!

We had the honor of speaking at the 2013 high school graduation in the town where I grew up and graduated. I was a nervous wreck but so excited to share Jed's story and tell about all the Lord has done for us.

Jed continues to clean scan!!! Praise the Lord!!! He scans again on Wednesday so please keep remembering to pray for him.

In a strange twist of events that could only be contributed to the hands of the Lord, the Duck Commander crew has become some of our greatest supporters with the JED Foundation. It has truly helped to open many doors for us.

 First turkey hunting trip!

Goodness! That just scratches the surface! I'll try to do better in the future. =)

Clean Scans!!

After a super long day at the hospital, we received word from Jed's doctor that the scans were clean and clear! Thank you, Jesus!

How is it possible that my first born child is just days away from turning 16??
