Kendall's birthday gift

Kendall is in love with her new American girl doll's horse. She has been tying this horse up everywhere in the house and even fixes a pillow for it at night near the end of her bed. She wanted this horse when we were in Fort Worth and Josh told her to wait until her birthday. She didn't think another thing about it until she opened it last week. She yelled "JOSH..YOU REMEMBERED!!" (somehow he gets all the credit) LOL

Jed trying to ride the horse...still in the box! LOL
New boots for her doll
It's hard to see, but her doll has freckles just like Kendall
Too bad the horse didn't come with a hairbrush...her poor doll is in need of a major hair makeover!

Razorback Red and White game

Papa Rog, Caleb, Josh and Reagon were among the 40,200 Razorback fans who attended last Saturday's red and white game at Fayetteville. Reagon didn't get her autograph from Anthony Lucas but other than that, it was a great trip! Josh said the autograph line was so long, they would have missed the game if they would have stayed in line. Here are some pics from his camera phone.......

Not sure why he sent me this pic of his banana split from Braums! LOL

Kendall's first sleepover

April 25, 2008

Getting ready to party~

Jed didn't get a nap yesterday so he fell asleep before the fun started. This is only the second time he has slept in his little bed.....for an hour and half, not the entire night.

Kendall is sooo excited about her first sleepover. We made the homemade sugar cookies for the after school snacks.
I am so glad I found these icing kits. No more cutting a hole in the corner of a ziplock bag and trying to ice cookies. They are inexpensive and so easy to use.

Yes, even Josh got in on the action!
Yummy cookies!!

Jed ended up waking up just in time for us to take an evening walk at the lake. It was a good thing we did, I lost count of how many cookies we ate in the decorating process!! LOL
