Happy Birthday Jedidiah!!

Happy 4th Birthday Jedidiah!!!

I apologize for the lack of blog posts, but we have been super busy!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our families. We have so very much to be thankful for!!!

Jedidiah turned four years old on Saturday! His party is coming up this Saturday but wanted to share with you his birthday pictures.

Please be in prayer for us. Wednesday is our BIG SCAN DAY! This is the first set of scans since stopping chemo. Please pray that his aggressive cancer is gone in Jesus name and will never return to his body! What the Lord sets free is free indeed and we believe the Lord set Jedidiah free from cancer!

If my workload allows, I will post another blog update tomorrow. I have so much on my mind but for now, we are still celebrating Jed's birthday! The cookies are in the oven, the movie (Rudolph) is in the dvd player, the Christmas tree lights are on and we are going to enjoy a quiet family evening at home.

Please remember our girls when you pray. They walk every step of  this journey with us.

God bless you all! How thankful I am for each and every one of you!

Cocoa Beach

After spending several days at Disney, we decided to enjoy a nice/relaxing day at Cocoa Beach. This was the very first ocean visit for Kendall and Jed!

They built lots of sand castles!
and gathered buckets full of sea shells...

This man had the right idea!
We had a great time and came home with lots of fun treasures from the ocean!

Animal Kingdom

 Animal Kingdom's Tree of Life

Kendall never missed an opportunity to get a character signature in her autograph book. So thankful for the "front of the line" passes from Make-A-Wish!

This picture is so funny to me! Josh and the girls were riding some of the larger rides so Jed and I browsed through the gift shops. I reminded him that he still had some of his money left and he looked all over the store and finally decided on the chip & dale pretzels! lol  He was so sleepy, he could barely stay awake to eat them.  He ended up falling asleep and I snacked on his $6 bag of pretzels!

The Lion King musical was amazing! Definitely the best part of the day!
 Loved the drive thru safari

If you are planning a trip to Disney World, Animal Kingdom is a great half-day park!

Sea World

We decided to go to Sea World on the third day of our trip. The crowds were so much lighter compared to the Disney parks!  Inside our packet from Make A Wish, we were given free passes to feed the dolphins. This was the best part of the day! The kids loved it. We watched the Shamu whale show and the dolphin show and had great seats for both...in the soak zone!

Enjoy the pics!

Magic Kingdom

Wow! We have been super busy the last few weeks. Reagon started Jr High basketball and Kendall started her peewee season so our nights are spent heating up the roads between practices and games.  Jed is enjoying all the popcorn and hot dogs and is their biggest fan!

I want to finish all our Disney World pics so I can start updating again with our regular activities. Also, for those that know me well, when the calendar flips over to November, I go into full holiday mode!

Enjoy the pictures!

Playing at Disney World is hard work!!! I had to snap this pic of Jed after he crashed on the trolley ride!

This is seriously one of my favorite pictures! LOL  You may notice in the pics from Magic Kingdom, we have on two sets of clothes. We spent several hours at the park and then after a few mild meltdowns from exhaustion, made our way back to the village for naptime. We then came back for a few more hours and the night shows.  This picture below is after one of Kendall's many meltdowns! lol

Make-a-Wish gave each of our kids spending money for souvenirs. Jed REALLY wanted this Tom Sawyer gun. We finally gave in, not thinking about how we would get it back to Arkansas! Needless to say, this gun ended up costing us a small fortune since we had to have it checked as luggage at the airport.

On the monorail, riding back to the village for naptime. I had to laugh at this pic because Josh and the girls had rode several wet rides and he was soaked!
Riding the railroad train around Magic Kingdom
Kendall and Josh rode a few of the larger rides while Reagon and I waited with Jed. The girl can't stop texting and facebooking, even in Disney World! LOL  Jed pulled up a seat and took a little break. =)

Jed had lots of fun watching the girls and Josh ride Splash Mountain. He screamed every time someone came down the hill.
 The kids loved the parades!
While Josh and Kendall ordered lunch (I couldn't bear to watch, $65 for burger/fry lunch almost stops my heart!), Reagon and I found a table for the five of us.  Poor little brother couldn't take it any longer and crashed!
He slept through the entire lunch and woke up mad because someone else said the blessing over our meal and it was supposed to be his turn!!!! LOL
Giving Pluto a big Goodbye Hug!
What a fun day at Disney World!!!!!
