Merry Christmas!

We hope everybody had a very Merry Christmas. We had a wonderful Christmas this year, one of my favorites! Holidays are so much fun with kids. Adilee loved the lights, Santa's, the trees, and baby Jesus....every time she saw any of these things she would say her famous "oh wow"! As soon as she would wake up she would go into the living room and make sure our tree lights were on. When she would go to grammy's house she would go through the house and make sure all of her lights, Santa bulb and decorations were turned on. Adi's favorite yard lights were her grandma Peggy's. Grandma Peggy had it all, candy canes, snowman, deer and all the fun colored lights! These are just a few random pictures of Christmas!here is my sweet little Paislee chillin with daddy! This was at the end of the night on Christmas day with Adi in her new pajamas from grandma Peggy. Braden is Adi's pal over at grandma's house!

We went to Josh's Uncle and Aunts house for a Christmas lunch/dinner. They have a dog and Adilee was loving it.

Of course Paislee started trying out her new toys right away-straight to the mouth!

Adilee with her Uncle Dallin...Adi has become quite attached to him! (I love her skirt)!

Another Apron

Here is the other apron that I made, this one was for my mom's birthday.

I used the chair as my model.....well, it will have to do. I love the ruffles on this pattern.

Sewing projects

I finally finished the girls Christmas pajamas. I love them, I really think that they turned out good. Paislee's has ruffles at the bottom of the shirt and the bottom of her pants. And I put puff selves in both their shirts.
These two are so fun together. Paislee is catching up to Adi fast. They already play so well together and they are always making each other laugh.

Paislee can sit up now! She balances her self pretty well.

This is an apron I just made for my sister for her birthday. My sister-in-law, Kimberley, made me an apron for my birthday and I loved it so I used it as my pattern. The picture above and below is the same apron, it is reversible. I am making a different apron for my mom for her birthday, the one I am making for her I actually have a patter for, I will post a picture as soon as I finish it. I really do enjoy sewing!

making ginger bread houses

Adi got to have some friends/cousins over to make ginger bread houses
Adi helping cousin Gavin decorate his house

The best part about making ginger bread houses is eating as you go....Adi would dip her hand into the frosting and then into the bowl of chocolate chips so that they would stick to her hand to make for easier eating...You can tell by her smile that she had a great time!
