Going Private Again
So I know at one point our blog was private but then I made it public again. Some people that I had invited still could not get access and I didn't know how to fix it so I just went public again. But I have decided to make it private again! I know its super annoying! If you have given me your email before I still have it and it should work! If not and you would love to follow us ( we would love for you to follow us) leave or email in a comment! Thanks so much!!! Ill probably make it private in the next few weeks!!
Spring has Sprung
The weather has been so great which means one thing for us... we have been busy outside! Elsie is my little busy girl. She loves to have her days full so we are always trying to do fun things!

At Two Months are sweet little angel is:
Basically sleeping through the night (9-6:30am)
Giving lots of big smiles
Loves to coo and make "o" faces
Loves to suck on hands
Gets pretty frantic the second she decides she's hungry
Sleeps pretty good in her crib for naps but does loves the swing as well!
Sleeps likes a champ at night in her crib
Is starting to stay awake more and is very alert and aware
Makes her mama, daddy and big sister happy all the time!
We love you baby doll!!

Easter
Easter 2012:
HEre is a look at our Easter this year. Dave's mom planned an easter egg hunt a few weeks early for the girls since Dave's little brother was getting married the day before Easter. Elsie had no idea what Easter was but after that hunt and getting to dye eggs she was hooked! All she talked about was Easter. I pulled out our Easter decorations and she was so excited. She kept making me read this easter book about Jesus.
Easter Sunday was such a beautiful day!! I can't remember an Easter that warm in a long time. We went to our church in the morning. It was Lilly's first big debut! After we went to my moms for brunch. She had an Easter egg hunt for Elsie and I had baskets for the girls!
Easter was extra special this year because it was Ashley's birthday! Elsie loves her Ashley!!!
After we went to Dave's parents for dinner and Elsie played some t-ball. At first she insisted it was golf and kept trying to hit the ball like a golf club. She even cried when Dave tried to correct her. Eventually she figured it out and was a pro!
Ill put up pictures soon of the wedding- it was beautiful!!! The holidays are so much fun with children and Elsie is starting to really get into them!! Hopefully soon she will start to understand why we really celebrate them and not just think they are days for treats and presents!!!

Lilly's Newborn & Elsie's Two Year Pics
Lindsay of course did such an amazing job on pictures of the girls!!! She is so great with Elsie and she captured Lilly beautifully! I didn't post all of Lilly's pics, I am saving them for her announcements! Ill post them later!! But I can't get enough of these pictures!! They are so precious!
Lilly One Month
Sweet Little Lilly:
You are growing up so quickly! I can't believe you are already a month old but at the same time it seams like you have always been with us. Lilly we are so so happy to finally have you here and healthy!! You gave us some scares when I was pregnant but you have arrived safe and healthy and we couldn't be more grateful! The moment you were born I was overcome with a sense of your sweet little spirit! You have such a tender and precious disposition! You mean so much to our family and I know you will be such a special part of it. Your big sister Elsie loves you so much! Sometimes a little too much! She likes to give you big squeezes, kiss your head and shake your hand and say "it's nice to meet you"! I hope you two become best friends one day and always enjoy each others company. She has been so excited for her "baby sister" and is always very attentive to you! You mommy and daddy love you so much!! I love all special cuddle time I get with you. Your such a sweetie! You have been one sleepy little baby for the most part! I am guessing it has a lot to do with the fact you are 2 weeks early and such a tiny little bug. But you are growing fast. At a month you are a little over 7 lbs!! We are lucky you have been a good sleeper! So far you only wake up once in the night and sleep really well! Sadly you have the same tummy problems as your sister did, but yours seem a little better. You are on special formal right now and some acid reflux medicine. Hopefully you will go off the formula soon. Lilly you have most tender and precious disposition! From the moment you were born I had such an overwhelming sense of your sweet little spirit! We are so happy you are here and I know you will be such an important part of our family in being peace and harmony to our home! We love you so much little girl! You are so beautiful and such a good girl!! Your spirit is so strong and we are so blessed and lucky to have you in our home!

Month of March
The month of March has flown by for obvious reasons! We have spent much of the time getting all settled in and everyone adjusted. With a two year old that doesn't last very long. Elsie got cabin fever quick and her busy self had to be out and about as usual! Thankfully the weather for the most part as been warm so we have been going to the park lots, and playing outside. Lilly has been such a sweet baby and Elsie fits into the roll of big sister perfectly (with constant supervision of course!)

The one day it finally snowed Elsie was so excited. Dave took her outside to help him shovel and three minters later she was back inside hysterical about her cold hands!

Thankfully Nana has come down lots and taken Elsie to do lots of fun things!!
Dave and I celebrated our 3rd Anniversary! Yes we have only been married three years, and have two kids. Apparently we are on the fast track... We went out to dinner the Saturday before and the actual day was a Monday, Dave's day off so we took the girls to The Lorax. It was Elsie's first time going to a movie and she loved it!
Oh my favorites... Elsie and her boyfriend Preston! These two make my heart melt!!
I am so lucky that the girls both take naps at the same time. That means most days I put Elsie down and get some cuddle time with this sweet little baby and then take a quick snooze myself! Its heaven!

Morgan, my sister and i ventured out to City Creek last week. It was a tad bit hectic with three adults and five kids but we managed! Elsie thought she had died and gone to heaven in the Disney store! I definitely need to go back sans children to do some real shopping with Dave
These two kill me!! Seriously so cute!! They are little firecrackers together (mostly Elsie). They have a love hate relationship!
Elsie and her "friends". She sleeps with a little gang of stuffed animals. Lamy, Reindeer (who I call Gina), Monkey (who I call LuAnn) and Minnie. There used to be Elmo but he got kicked out by reindeer. If you try to add another to the mix she is very fast to throw them out!
