The Alcantara Family

 Poor Hunter met the sidewalk before this picture.  That was a rough afternoon.  He is 2 in this picture.

 Hanging out with Papaw when we went to do family pictures with my parents, sister's family, and my parents.  The kids had so much fun that day.  After pictures the kids got to shoot guns and slide down this dirt hill and roll around with their cousins.  It was great.

 The Hulk pinata Ira made for Hunter's 3rd birthday.

 One of Baylin's favorite things is swords.  He got these for Christmas 2012

 Hunter got these Spiderman pjs.  He is a big superhero fan.

 Samuel got this Nerf gun.  He is really big in to guns.

 Last winter we went to a Rec Center near by and let the kids swim during the winter.  This would be Cali's first time at the pool.

 Ira's parents came for a visit to meet Cali.  This is Papa with the boys.

 And why not a photo of the kids.  Cali was 5 months.

 At church the guys did a Sock Hop for all the couples Feb 2013.  We had two couples teaching dance instruction. It was fun to get dressed up and learn a few new steps.

 And of course Cali was dressed in a cute Valentine dress that was too cute not to wear.

 Baylin and Hunter had swimming lessons together and did really well.  Since then Baylin has taken off in the water and has become a natural water fish.

 Samuel received an award in 2nd grade from his teacher Miss Cassinelli.

 Going wandering around in the woods.  Half of it was still snow covered once we got further up.  It was really pretty up there.

 Ira taking a picture of the boys on the father son camp out they have each year May 17th 2013.  It was Hunter's first time going.

 Then it was Samuel's 8th birthday June of 2013.  He got a toy crossbow.

 He has a pool party this past year.  It was the best party ever because I did not have to clean up hardly anything at all.  They had a great time at the pool.  He is with a friend from his baseball team and from school in this photo.

 Samuel was baptized July 6th 2013!

 His Papa came from California and Grandma and Papaw drove up for the occasion.  Plus my sister and her family came and several of our friends.  

 Then the following Monday Samuel started school.  Yep, July 8th.  We switched to year round school and got only 3 weeks off for summer last year.  3rd grade and he has Mrs. Coe.

 Two days later Baylin started kindergarten.  He has Mrs. Appel which was Samuel's teacher too for kindergarten!

Cali getting in to the cabinet and pulling everything out.  Since then we bought locks because she would never stop and has broken a glass bowl and dropped can goods on her poor toes.  Busy girl. 

 And then she learned to walk at 10 months.  She has not stopped since.

 Hunter learned to ride his bike with training wheels.

 Baylin learned to ride without training wheels and the pedals have been put back on his bike!

 Then came September and Cali is already 1!

 We learned that she is not a huge fan of cake but man does she love icecream.

 Most of the cake was just played with but when we got her down she would not leave me alone until all the icecream was gone from my bowl.

 Opening gifts from grandma and papaw.

 Then a couple weeks later it was Baylin's turn.  He turned 6 and had a friend party.  They played punch the cup game to find the prize and Ira opened his little tattoo parlor so the kids could have tattoos put on that night.  The kids had fun.  They sure kept us busy.

 Ira made this cool photo prop for the kids since Baylin is a big fan of Ninja Turtles.  He did a great job.

 Look at her toes!  Can you see they are painted?!  It was the first time I painted them.  Love it!  Still getting used to this girl stuff we can do.

Likes to tell everyone "stop it" and "no".  Loves to play with necklaces and bracelets, baby dolls, and has a love of sparkly shoes and music.  She is a sweet girl with a lot of spunk.  Smart as a whip!

 Hunter 3
He loves everything superhero.  His favorites are batman and hulk.  He loves to color and play with his brothers.  

 Samuel 8
Big fan of star wars and anything hunting.  He is really good at shooting archery and guns.  He is a really big helper and great with his brothers and sister.

 Baylin 6
Favorite thing is Ninja Turtles and swords.  He is super sweet and my most sensitive.  He can make Cali laugh the hardest and loves music.  This kid will dance and sing when ever music is on.
