My Writing
Welcome to my blog. Truthfully, I have been anti-blog since the conception of blogs. Actually, I have unexplained opinions, formed instantly, about almost everything. However, due to constant encouragement, and nagging, from my husband and one specific friend, I have decided to give it a try. I do enjoy writing so I have decided to use my blog as a location for my works. I have written a few little children's books (nothing published) and am working on a young adult novel. I taught middle school reading and writing, permanently cementing my mentality to that age group. When I write I just sit down and write whatever pops into my head so sometimes my ramblings become excruciatingly long. My book is one such rambling. Sometimes I get an idea for a chapter quite far into the book so it is attached in some unexplainable location. I don't edit or revise until the end sometimes, which often leads to total deletion and a fresh start; as in the case with my poetry. Which, incidentally, I cannot find. I am forced to wonder if in a tantrum I burned my poetry book or condemned it to another such permanent fate. With that said, enjoy my writings at your own risk.
