BOO to you

First it was carve pumpkins . . .
Then sit and wait until it was time to Trick or Treat . . . I swear it was the longest day! So we continued the 'critter' costume theme . . .
. . . and it doesn't photograph very well.

Oh well hopefully you could tell he was a penguin?

7 days

Why can't I just go to the store and buy a costume? I see the really cute ones in Pottery Barn Kids magazines. One of these days I will stop waiting until the last minute to make a Halloween costume . . . I'm so tired of looking at black and white fabric but I know the end product will be SO cute . . .

FINALLY!

Colin's team won a soccer game today! He was SO excited . . . and to make it even sweeter he scored his first goal . . . all witnessed by all four grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins . . . there were 12 of us there to cheer him on. I guess he was proud and happy because we did not sit in the hot afternoon sun for the fun of it!




It was a long day especially since we went to a wedding Friday night . . . one of the nicest, sweetest young ladies we know and who babysits Colin from time to time got married . . . it was his first wedding and he was full of questions and just wanted to see the bride. She was a very beautiful bride! I wanted to take a few photos before we left the house but now days in order to take a serious photo I must let him have a few silly ones too!

. . . now I must get back to starting a Halloween costume . . . only 22 more days!
