they just left awhile ago for his first football game! brett just texted me & said after the 3rd play he was already asking how much longer! uh-oh!

fran showed us her piggy nose as we were taking pictures......"don't go without me!"

now it is just us girls for the afternoon!

EIGHT months

every month seems to get faster & faster! an 8 month update on miss priss:
  • she loves going out to eat- Chipotle being her top spot
  • had her first graham cracker (full square) sitting at the table at school
  • has explored on lots of new finger foods (cheese, bagels, quesadillas, black beans.....carbs carbs carbs :) )
  • "talks" really loud now- so loud that Henry tells her to be quiet or asked that she gets moved to another room
  • is pulling up on the furniture & moving around it
  • still impossible to get dressed or change a diaper
  • saying "dada" & we just got a "baba" this past weekend
  • had ANOTHER ear infection.......awesome
  • still has NO teeth! all the other kiddos in her class have at least one or two & Fran is toothless & is the third oldest
  • still makes her momma & daddy crazy because she won't finish a bottle for us in one sitting but she will for her teachers
  • loves to get home from school & play on the floor with Henry & crack up laughing at him
  • still a ball of fun & makes me so excited to leave work every day to pick both of them up!

summer wrap up


i thought we had to have a summer wrap up post since so many events didn't make it on the blog! above is a picture of the three of us dressed up for the fireworks for the 4th in sea island. as always they put on a great show and this was henry's first time staying up to see them.  he wasn't as in to it as we thought he would be.......i think he just liked staying up till 10:00!

Soooo proud of daddy! the trophy was as big as Hen

most of the timel we have been making a mess, learning new things & of course always having fun!
