Favorite

My favorite thing happened this weekend. We had a couple of visitors come all the way from Nevada to say hi. So, we went to a few favorite spots and my sis captured a few favorite new pics :)

We did a lot of walking and moving and driving and go go going! Sorry to run you guys to the ground! Turns out they wanted to just hang out with us too :)

We finally have a new family pic with all five of us thanks to Mary and Rob :) We've had fun seeing all our family and friends this summer and can't wait to see you all again.

While my sis was up visiting, she snapped a few quick shots of our sweet Riv. I thought it was safe to post them now, and not have anyone tortured too badly, since we'll be seeing most everyone in the next 26 days (but who's counting anyway?).

The West Fork

Tanner took us to this beautiful spot on the west fork of a creek this weekend. The water is shallow enough now that even Jules can get in the middle. Tanner will wade in any river with his waders, but it's a whole new ballgame for Julian to be in the water like that.

Tanner is a great teacher. He's patient, smart, and handsome :)

The fish he pulls out are really pretty too. I love to look at them.

This waterfall is near the spot where we went fishing. The mist from the water was so refreshing, we all just stood by it the whole time.

River is doing better in her car seat; good news because a visit to any family member's house is at least 6 hours :) We can't wait for Mary's visit in a couple weeks. Hurray!
