I am so thankful to Heavenly Father for sending us happy kids. They bring us such joy!

So yesterday I did Kodi's hair 4 times. She told me how she wanted it and I tried desperately to do it how she described. Each time we went to the mirror she was sadly unimpressed with my efforts. Needless to say, today she took matters into her own hands and did her hair herself. I sure love her!

Well this last week Heath was "Roy Rogers, King of the Cowboys" in the Himmelsk Festival. The Mayor talked him into doing it. :) Here is a quick picture, about the only one that I could get in before he was done.

A couple of months ago we finished the playhouse under the stairs. I realized that I hadn't shared any pictures of it yet. The kids absolutely love it! Lets face it, I love it too. It is nice and bright......no spiders hiding in the dark corners. :)

Well, Gideon broke his glasses. I was out doing a little grocery shopping, so I wasn't here when it happened, but Heath said that we went down to his room, shut the door, and cried because they were broken and couldn't have them back. Just hearing about it, broke my heart. (On a side note, they are under warranty so the new ones are on the way.)

So on Saturday we were working outside in the backyard, and that always makes Heath want to cook outside. (No complaints here!) Anyways we made up a little dutch oven chicken and potatoes and invited the family over, because it was such a beautiful day. Then on Sunday it snowed all over everything. :)
