Parent dedication at church was such a special event.  Although your dad and I have been praying for you since before we were even pregnant with you, it was still so special to publicly confess that we are completely committed to raising you God's way.  This was not just simply something that we said lightly, it is our deepest hearts' desire.  My greatest prayer for you is that you would grow to be a MIGHTY WARRIOR FOR CHRIST!  ("Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might." Eph. 6:10)  I pray that you would always love God and that He would truly become your God and Saviour.  I pray that you will always know in your heart that God is the only thing that can satisfy.  I pray that you will always be His child.  God is so good and so worthy of all we can give Him.  For all He has done for us, giving him our entire life is really the only possible response.  You are such a special gift from God and we will seek Him with all our hearts in how to raise you!  You are a blessing, Hogan!!!
