Day 2 of temple ushering for the Brigham City Temple open house is done. Both have been a great experience, but tiring. 5 hours is a long time to stand! I've come home and crashed both days. At least we remembered snacks today. That helped! Still excited for our last shift in two weeks. What a beautiful building!!

We bought a trailer!! We are so excited. We got it from Big Mark and Rose and he's going to just let us a make a $50 payment to him monthly until it's paid off. It will be so fun to have one. Corey's wanted one for emergency sake. And our Rogue can pull it so that's great!

I've been taking pictures of the motel for the Facebook page I started for it. Thought I'd share them on here for documentation sake.

I have the world's best brother. While Corey's been gone these past two weeks, he came up and stayed with me. He helped with the motel by checking people in, answering phones, set out the breakfast, went to Sam's Club with me. He helped with my kids by playing with them, reading them stories, keeping them away from mom so I could make dinner. But I could never get him to change a diaper, so I guess he's not perfect! Thank you and thank you.

Every summer we go to the Jensen Family Reunion (see an old post about a past reunion here.) It's my dad's mom's family, all of her siblings and their kids, and their kids, and their kids. Nathan played with his 3rd cousins all weekend.

It started out with Nora falling again and breaking open her previous injury. It was still bleeding after an hour so we decided to go down into town to the clinic. The doc decided she needed another stitch. We will now be calling Nora 'Stitch'.

This is what I won. It's a picture of my Great-Grandma Jensen and her twin. I think GGJensen is the one on the right. Wonder where our big, poofy cheeks come from? Not anymore!


My Grandma Anderson in the pink. These are her 4 remaining sisters and 1 sister-in-law. Aunt LaRae, Aunt Doreen, Grandma, Aunt Zara, and Aunt Vonda.


Both were out in 15 minutes.

 But then it got sand on it.
 And when I took it away, she started throwing. a. fit.





Seriously, where do they learn these things? Are they born with the knowledge of how to lay on your stomach, kick your feet, and then you get what you want?
