And so it begins...
I officially started packing today. Crazy sauce! So if anyone has boxes they want to get rid of, send them over! Let the purging/DI-ing/throwing away begin! I love purging and getting rid of stuff we haven't used for x amount of time. It's very invigorating. I like things simplified and clean and organized. I've gotten some good tips from pinterest on moving. So, let's do this!

Camping
We went camping over the 4th for the Jack Anderson Family Reunion at Maple Grover campground. It was the longest we'd taken the trailer out - 3 nights, 4 days. It was an adventure! Fun, but exciting, the exhausting kind of exciting. We got a good place in the shade up on some dirt. We're getting everything all situated and the trailer rolls off the wood props while Corey and I were still inside. Aahh! That was kind of scary. So the guys all fixed the trailer, a little more secure this time, and we finished getting everything out and organized and feeling good. We had a fun day and then we went to bed. About 11:00 or midnight, it started to sprinkle. It woke me up and since I woke up, I had to use the bathroom. I made sure Corey was awake and told him that it was starting to rain. We've never had the trailer out when it was raining and I didn't know what to expect. Corey decided he wanted to put the tarp over the top to try to keep dry. I walked down to the bathroom and while I was walking, it started down pouring. I hurried back up to the trailer after business was done to help Corey get the tarp over. Of course the kids woke up and it was hard getting them back to sleep. We were all a little tired in the morning. Then later on the next day, the ranger came through the campground and told us we had to move our trailer immediately or pay $100 fine because we were not is a designated trailer spot. So we had to move to a hot place with no shade. That night, it started sprinkling again right as we were getting in bed we got the tarp up over much easier this time and the kids didn't even wake up. But then the wind started. Gusts. I felt like the 'walls' were going to fall on us. The wind was making the tarp whip again the trailer. It was so loud! We decided we didn't want the wind to bend something and have it be hard to put the trailer back down and get it home. So we moved to my parent's trailer. The kids still never woke up.
And didn't mind at all sleeping on the floor. I slept on the couch bed, Corey slept on the table bed, Parker and the kids slept on the floor. It was a little cozy. The sun came out the next day and it was beautiful. We heard it was supposed to be the same thing for our last night so we planned on putting the trailer down early and sleeping in with my parents again. As we were cleaning up dinner stuff, the rain started. It only took a couple of minutes for the down pour. So we're running around like crazy people in wind and rain trying to move everything out of the way, put canopies down because they were blowing all over, chairs, everything. We all got soaked. And then it just sprinkled most of the night and was beautiful the next day. Then we came home. We still had fun. We made good food. Talked a lot. The kids played in the dirt and got very dirty everyday. But, I think we will always remember the 'first' time we took our trailer out and trying to put the tarp over, soaking wet, and pregnant.
