Hook 'em Horns
Zoe's been doing hook 'em horns since she was in my womb. This is what happens when two UT grads have a baby. It would have been even more perfect if she were wearing burnt orange.

Calvin loves this picture of Zoe. I can just picture Zoe giving daddy the big puppy eye look and getting whatever she wants! I'm afraid I will have to be the disciplinarian once she is older. No daddy can say no to this cute face.

Christmas Card Photo
We finally got a picture of Zoe with her eyes open by the Christmas tree. We put her on a boppy pillow covered with a blanket on top of the dining table. I'm behind her holding up the boppy pillow so that she is sitting up higher.

Finally!
It took almost 4 hours but Zoe made it and took pictures with Santa. She sat in Santa's lap for less than a minute and then started to cry. I would too sitting on such a scary looking Santa.
Tired Of Waiting For Santa
We didn't realize everyone would be out with their kids trying to get pictures taken with Santa. Zoe was being very good and fell asleep while waiting her turn with Santa.

Lupe Tortilla
We met up with some friends in Houston at Lupe Tortilla, a Mexican restaurant. Zoe was not happy to be in the hot and humid Houston weather. She was very unhappy at the restaurant and made it known. MiMi and Granddad came to the rescue and picked up Zoe and took her back home so we could visit with our friends. We are still amazed at how loudly our little baby girl can cry. She's got some good lungs!! Maybe she'll be a singer?

All Dressed And Nowhere To Go
MiMi and Zoe. I got Zoe all dressed up in one of her many outfits she received as gifts. It was still too big and she needed another wardrobe change. I am not posting the pictures of her screaming as I was getting her out of this outfit and into another. I learned after this that trying on clothes for fun is not fun when you're dealing with an infant!

Zoe's Bodyguard
Hans was afraid of Zoe and did not come near her at first. After a few days he warmed up to her and has been licking her hands and feet. He likes to hang out in the nursery and keep Zoe safe!

Halmunee Kae and Zoe Kae. Halmunee means grandmother in Korean. Zoe is dressed for her first outing out of the house. Unfortunately, it is not to go somewhere fun, it is for her first Dr.'s appointment.

Dont' Wake A Sleeping Baby?
Zoe slept ALOT when she came home from the hospital since she was slightly jaundiced. Despite what her onesie says, per Dr.'s orders, I had to wake her up every 3 hours during the day and every 4 hours at night to feed her.

Zoe Kae Turner was born on 10/23/2007 at 8:10 AM. She weighed 7 lbs and 1 ounce and was 19 3/4 inches tall. Doesn't it look like Zoe is trying to nurse from daddy?
