Memories...

We went on a cruise with Hailey and Brandon Dec. 9-14th to Key West and Cozumel. We had a lot of fun! We ate, sun bathed, rode mopeds, snorkeled, got stung by jellyfish, shopped, and ate some more! We went on a Carnival Cruise Ship out of Miami, Florida. The weather was beautiful! It was so fun to spend time with Hailey and Brandon on Vacation! Our parents watched Madison and Connor for us. They had a lot of fun with grandma and grandpa too! Madison wouldn't even come to Brett or I when we first saw her. She only wanted my mom to hold her!

Shopping on Black Friday! Every year my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and I go shopping early in the morning on the day after Thanksgiving! We had a lot of fun and got some good deals!

We hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving! We did, but I forgot my camera and didn't take any pictures!

Madison was starting to get a mullet, so we decided to get her haircut.

I took her to my hairdresser. Madison was not happy to get her haircut. She frowned the whole time. Luckily it only took a couple of minutes!

Hailey and Connor came to visit us for a whole week! We had so much fun with them! We miss them already!

The last night that Hailey and Connor were in town, we wanted to do something special with the kids. It was raining and we couldn't think of anything to do, so we took them to Carl's Jr. They played on the playground and got to eat ice cream! I think they had fun. Then Hailey and I put them to bed and tried to have a "craft night". It went ok, until Hailey quit and said " I hate this! I forgot I'm not crafty". I finished her craft for her! We stayed up late drinking Diet Coke , eating Rice Krispie Treats and watching TV. What a fun week!

Madison is crying because she assumes that baby Cash is sucking on her binky. She hasn't ever seen any one else with the same binky as her. She was trying to rip it out of his mouth!

Connor kept sticking his face in the water and eating the bubbles. He got a bubble beard! It was so funny.

It was nice and sunny, so we went to the park. Connor and Madison had fun going down the slides.

A couple of weekends ago I went to our annual Chick Weekend. Every year all the "chicks"

on my dad's side of the family go to SLC. We shop, eat and play truth or dare! We had a lot of fun!

We had a fun Halloween! I spent the morning making Witch Cupcakes, then I dressed Madie up in her Butterfly costume and we went to visit her Grandma Julie at work. All of Julie's co-workers were excited to see Madison in her costume. ( I forgot my camera) Then, Grandma Julie took Madison and I out for lunch. It was a nice treat. Next, we were off to show Grandma Susan and Grandpa Chad her costume. They gave her candy and stickers! She tried to eat the candy with the wrappers still on. We got a picture with Grandma Susan and then headed home for a nap! That night we went trick or treating with our friends in the neighborhood. Madison would run up to the door, but then when someone answered she would run back the other way. She didn't like going up to anyone's door, even when they were trying to give her candy!

My mom and I took Madison to the park the other day and there was an old rustic red barn there. We had to take pictures of her by it! Her dress was pink and it clashed with the red barn so I made them black and white. I think they turned out cute. Madison loved the park! It was a nice October day. She is becoming so independant. She ran around the entire park on her own while my mom and I tried to keep up with her. I will post some pictures of the park too.
