Blue Airplane

My brother James watched TV the exact same way; wide eye, mouth hanging open, I am not sure what he is watching, but obviously it is very intense!

These 2 pictures are my new favorites of Lincoln.

Shawn has been out of town on business trips this month and Lincoln has really enjoyed going to the airport to pick him up. In fact he packed his "back back" every day and would tell me how he needed to go to the airport and that he was going on a blue airplane to Washington because he had work to do. I have really enjoyed watching him pack and listening to his plans for taking the blue airplane.

Friday night when we went to pick up Shawn, Lincoln kept telling me "Thank you for taking me to the airport, I have to go to work". Well when we got to the airport there was a line of people standing there and Lincoln told me that he needed to get out. I told him to wait until we got around to the north side because that is where Daddy was. When we pulled around he thanked me again and told me he could go in the "that" door. We pulled over and parked to get Shawn and Lincoln HONESTLY thought he was getting out to go inside, when we pulled away from the curb, he got very upset and was crying telling us about how he needed to go on the blue airplane and had to go to work. I felt bad that he was so upset about it, but it was so cute.

3 Years Old!!!

Hey Howdy Hey! It's Linc's 3rd Birthday!

Lincoln will officially turn 3 years old tomorrow. Yay! We had a birthday party for him today with friends and family in the park. As you might just be able to tell, he had a Star Wars themed party, complete with matching tablecloth and streamers from the friendly neighborhood party store. We had a great time with everyone who came. Thanks!

I took my drawring skills in a new direction, the edible kind, and made an R2D2 cake. Beep boop beep bop!

Linc was pretty thrilled with the Star Warsiness of the whole thing.

Someone brought a Darth Vader helmet which will substantially enhance Linc and Dad's daily lightsabre duals.

Ashlyn and Amara came dressed as twin Princess Leia's, complete with cinnamon roll hair arrangements.

John and Nicole were the awesome two who held off several kids and one hungry coyote to secure a pavilion in the park for the party. They even did all the decorating as well.

Linc and girl buddy Ya-Ya (Olivia)

As far as Lincoln is concerned, this is the only way to ride a swing: on the lap of an awesome grown up person. Thanks for the ride Nicole!

Spider Jensen's, Spider Jensen's, friendly neighborhood Spider Jensen's. . .

My mom got really high at the party!

Pizza!

Daddy Daughter

Ah Yeeeeah! Papa and Momma Bullen!

What Jensen's do well: stuff our faces!

Just plain old cute!

Linc: A new car!!!

Linc's favorite new toy at his Star Wars party was an official talking Woody figure. Props to Uncle John and Nicole on that!
