so i'm back to shifting through photobucket trying to find the pictures i never blogged about from hawaii.
i'll just say--dane and i stay up every night watching the olympics until 2 am. we rarely get to bed before midnight. i'm sure there are a lot of sleepy people at work and business owners are probably looking forward to the end of the olympics.
today was bray's first day of preschool. he was VERY excited. last year he went twice a week and they brought a show-and-tell item on both days. this year he goes three times a week and they only have show-and-tell on mondays. bray didn't believe me and snuck his new football. i saw it in his bag after school was finished and he just smirked and said--ok, you were right mommy. i wish i could download the pics from today but i'll post them as soon as i can get this working again. he had the biggest smile.
back to the pics... we try to see as much family as possible when we go to visit hawaii. you never have enough time to spend with everyone, as you would like. i didn't get to see my puna (great-grandmother) until the day before we left. she told me to make sure i come by earlier in my trip next time i come down. oops.
amber & buddy just moved into a new house in kapolei. they had their house warming party while we were there so we could see everyone. it's been sooo long since we've seen everyone from the BYU days. it's weird seeing everyone with all their kids. thanks amber. we had so much fun.
new baby girl in the middle is lexi and she's adorable!
trisha, nozomi & their new baby, tiff
it's nice that amber guys live so close to my grandparents. when i visit one, i can visit the other.
ani & tutu
some of my other family were there too...
visiting my grandpa takamoto (my mom's dad) and the kim's came too...
one night we drove out to waianae to see moku get his arrow of light...
bray looks funny in this pic
i think the favorite schedule was beach followed by shave ice at waiola's. the kids expected it when we left the beach.
enjoying their shave ice
they could each eat their very own. even ani.
one day the kim's took the kids and i to the humane society in town. they love going there. ani is usually deathly afraid of cats and dogs but sitting next to lauryn...she enjoyed it.
silliness...
that's it until i can fix my computer problem...
