Last Night I went to meet up with Dawne whom I had chatted to on the Lotstodo forum for about eighteen months. It was the first time we have had chance to meet 'cos Dawne lives in Scotland - she was down in Cheshire staying at her sisters - so the opportunity couldn't be missed!!! We had a good natter and lots of laughs.

I did this tin a little while ago but it fits in perfectly with this challenge. I made the embellishments with Fimo and then baked them. I embedded them on to 3D paste then used cheap glitter glue in between.

I covered my wooden atc with gesso and let it dry. I then covered with red acrylic and again let it dry I then stamped bamboo with black stazon on all the sides and the edge. I then used a stencil and white 3D relief paste to create my wording. I finished off with 2 coats of modpodge and added my coins.Really messy and great fun!!!

I altered this frame (to house some twinchies I'd received in a swap) for the Challenge on Object D'Art. I used alcohol inks on the inner side of the frame mounted my twinchies and put it all together - I then added my bottle tops having put images in them and covered them with glossy accents. To finish off I added the metal mesh and pen nibs.

I loved doing the wooden atc's so stuck 2 together to create my piece to hold my inchies!!!!

Love the effect of this technique - so simple - wrap some thread or braid round your card - ink it up and voila!!! reday to stamp and embellish
