Divine Worth

So in Relief Society yesterday we had a wonderful lesson on Divine Worth! It was just what I needed. Sometimes I seem to forget that what I do is important! I am a Wife, I am a Mother, and I am a Daughter of God. I love being a wife and mother. Nothing has brought me greater joy then being a wife and mother. I think sometimes we take for granted all that we have. We spoke of our mothers and what they have taught us and our Father in Heaven and what he has blessed us with. My mother is the most unselfish person I know. She is always putting everyone else first, if I was to inherit one of her attributes this is the one I would wish for. I love you mom and thanks for all that you do for me! My Heavenly Father blessed me with one of the greatest blessings of all. Motherhood. He blessed me with two sets of twins. And although I may wonder what he is thinking somtimes. I am so thankful for all 4 of my wonderful children. They are a blessing to me, and I love them so much.
A thought was left with us that went like this!

Sometimes I wish I had a starry wand
To wave and wish for things of which i'm most fond.
Then I look around my home and see
I have all the things of eternity
To want for more would be rather odd,
For I'm a wife and mother, a Daughter of God.

Time to Vacum!

They are doing it! My little boys have found a mode of transportation. Crawling! Now they are not up on their knees yet, but they do a little army crawl and get wherever they want to go. Which means I am back to the vacum every day. I told Ryan that I would be fine if they didn't walk till they were 2 just because I realy don't need 4 kids running in opposite directions. However I have changed my mind. The firsts in life are so much fun. (I still don't need 4 in opposite directions though.)

Look how far we have come!

Today is Ryan and I's 4 year anniversary. I can't believe how much life has changed. I never would have thought 4 years ago that we would have 4 kids let alone 2 sets of twins at this point. I am so thankful for my wonderful husband. I love him so much. He is a great husband and father. I am thankful for all the hard work that he has put in for our family at work and school. I love you Ryan and eternity just doesn't seem long enough. Happy Anniversary

Great Friends

Do you have friends in your life that just never fail to amaze you? I have decided that we have some of the best friends. Lets start this by saying life has been a struggle this recently. My husband just graduated! hurray!! These last few weeks have consisted of job searching and it has been a struggle to get by finacially while trying to find a job. Well my friend gave us a wonderful opportunity to go on a date. They offered to watch our kids, and gave us a gift card that payed for our dinner. Now this is no small task for someone to watch our four very young children. We were fealing very thankful to have such great friends but wait it gets better. We left our van with them to that if anything, (heaven forbid) were to happen they would have a way to get all the kids somewhere. Now when we left the van it was getting quite low in fuel. However when we return, we quickly notice that our gas gage is on full. They never fail to amaze me. To them they acted like it was no big deal, but we will remember this forever. As I was visting with my parents and grandparents today I mentioned what they had done for us. My grandpa, ( a very wise man) then stated those are friends you are lucky to find. I couldn't have said it better myself. Thank You!
