Ystd, Spencer our property agent brought us to see the 400++ series of the cck flats.
We seen 3 ystd.
1st: Blk 483, corner, unblocked view, windy,well-furnished, 106sqm, lvl 10. Asking: 310k + COV 45K
Behind sunshine plaza, only have one bus: 307. Super far side of cck
2nd: Blk 429, 10 min walk to MRT, Empty, not much build-in, lvl 12 108sqm, beside highway. Asking: 355k + COV 40k. Too noisy from the master bedrm.
3rd: Blk 426, 15 min walk to MRT, Furnished but ugly, flooring is ugly, lvl 11, 104 sqm, 7-11 downstair, Toilet small and un-furnished. However it is the most possible I will get out of the 3. Asking: 345k + 30k. Hopefully after negogiation, the owner will let it go at lower COV.
But we'll see more flats on sunday. The no. 3 from the indian owner is going to move in with the parents or going to immigrate to Australia. Another consideration is that the corridor is a little small. However, all the things i mind could be changed, could be renovated. Hence, me and yuhang will really consider ba.
Sometimes when you think about all these, next stage in life, going to be bound in debt for at least 30 yrs of my life, I just wish that I am back to junior youth, where I need not worry about cash. Growing up = Moving closer to reality. The need of certification, of work, of money, of true relationships with one another. Yuhang is more possitive, he says it is us living together. That could only be the thing I am looking forward to ba. hee~

Actually we kinda sign on impulse. We didnt check out whether it is good or not and we just signed up.
Anyway, the date for our AD can drag for 10 yrs before the package expires, so why not signed earlier when it is cheaper I suppose...
