Mr. Hayden is Seven

My little man is getting so old....(tear drop).

Hayden just had his seventh birthday. In true "big boy" style he requested an all-boy drop-off party. Hayden was so happy to have his friends( from baseball, school and that we have known forever) over to swim, eat pizza, waterslide and just have fun!

Happy Fourth!

We spent the 4th of July out on Lake Travis with the Arnold family, including Josh's aunt and uncle, his parents, sister and grandma. We had a blast on the boat, jetskis and trying to teach Hayden how to waterski! Surprisingly there was not as many people on the lake as we thought there might be. Maybe it was the lack of water...who knows. We had so much fun!!

Isla Mujeres

We had the amazing opportunity to go on a couples' vacation to gorgeous Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
We were sad to leave the precious cuties behind, but it was a great get away for Josh and I to enjoy ourselves without kiddos.

There is a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. The weather was gorgeous and there was hardly anybody else on the boat with us.

Our musical entertainment on the way over consisted of these to hombres singing and scatting to "Ain't no Sunshine when she's gone" with an accent and some interesting translations...

At a restaurant called "Beer so cold your teeth hurt". The stools are swings. I am still trying to figure out how this idea would work in my own backyard.

Josh and the guys took a fishing excursion out and caught us some dinner...

TWO Cute!

Happy Birthday Amelia Reese!!!

Reese turned Two in November and had a Minnie Mouse birthday party with a few of her best and sweetest little friends!

Back in the Saddle Again...

So... It has been July since I have made a post. I attribute it mainly to the fact that my camera lens broke on Mother's Day and I did not replace it until Halloween. Also I have been busy, lazy and forgetful.
