So Happy

I am so happy for five reasons!!!!

5. I got the soundtrack to the movie Tangled on itunes yesterday and it is fabulous. I could listen and sing to it all day!

4. I can finally wear the shoes Jacob bought me for our anniversary in January. They are the first woman's shoes I have ever found in a normal store that fit me and I loved them. It was not until I got home that I realized I would have to wait to wear them because I was not going to let them be ruined by the snow, slush, red gravel, or salt all over Rexburg because of the snow. It is beautiful and sunny so I feel like it is safe to finally wear them.
3. I have been able to watch episodes of my new favorite show BONES this weekend! Why, you may ask. Well, because I don't have any homework left for school and so I have so much spare time.

Which as I type this moment one of my favorite characters Booth got shot by a crazy stalker. OMG!!!!! I don't know what I am going to do now! :( All of you want to watch it now, HUH!!! I am not going to spoil it for you, now you all have to watch it.

2. I had lots of my facebook friends ask to be added to my blog which makes me happy because I am going to start blogging more and it is more fun when people read! :)

1. There is 3 months 19 and about 5 hours until I see my family, and they will be in Rexburg. I will graduate from college and start my "adult" life!!!! Is it weird I am more excited to see my family than to graduate?

2 Sisters, a Brother in Law, Snow White and a Baby

Skype is such a blessing, it doesn't make me feel like we are so far away when we can see them and talk to them at the same time. Last night we were able to Skype with Mike, Denise, Nicole, Little Miss 1 and Little Miss 2. Nicole was visiting to pick up a few things from Denise. While Denise was nursing Little Miss 2 and Little Miss 1 was eating dinner Mike gave us a digital tour of their new house. It is beautiful and we can't wait to stay there when we go visit Oregon.

LM 1 was so funny because when she first got on the computer she was just in a diaper and then I asked her what happened to her clothes and she told me all about it. Mike put a shirt on LM 1 and she was gone for a minute and came back as Snow White. I said "Hello Snow White!" and she didn't say anything until Nicole told her I was talking to her. She is so dang cute. She sang us "the eensie weensie spider", "abc's", counted to ten in English and Spanish, then she told us about how Swiper stole a key from either Dora or Diego and she was so into it.

Ignore the line on the pictures, it was created when Jacob's computer got stolen and the dumb thief dropped it or something and ruined the screen. Stupid thief's.

Denise, LM 2, LM 1 and Nicole
LM 1 is pretending to take a picture. She is so dang cute. I can't believe how big LM 2 is getting. I can't believe how much she looks like LM 1. She is the spitting image of LM 1 when she was a baby.

LM 1 Smiling to us for our picture. She really enjoys looking at herself on the computer. She will often look into the corner where it shows her picture. We finally got a picture of her smiling at us because Denise said for her to look at the "light", where the camera on the computer is. Such a dang pretty smile. (I have the cutest nieces and nephews in the world).

Denise and LM 1.LM 1 really likes to look at the screen. I think it is because it was so bright.

We even got to see her sit up. She is so strong. She doesn't wobble at all. She is also a dang good belly sitter. She was so happy and smiling at Denise.

I sure do love talking to my family. It is hard being so far away and not seeing them for so long. I am so thankful for Skype so we can see them grow.

Private

Going private, that is all I have to say! Love you all.

Back in the Habit

I cannot believe I have not posted since before Christmas. It actually makes me sad because I like to go back and read old posts. This last year I really haven't posted because school has been so crazy. I have been teaching the toddlers class here on campus. In strategies, where once a week we go into the home of a child with Autism and help him work on and achieve goals, so every Friday night I drove 30 minutes out to the house for an hour session and then drove 30 minutes back. Needless to say Jacob and I did not have much time together on his one day off other than Sunday. I have loved this semester it is just nice that I only have three day's left and all of the work is done. I just have to clean my toddler lab Monday night, do a take home final on Monday (super easy), Tuesday we are presenting our case study in Strategies and then on Wednesday we are cleaning the toddler lab again.

This is the group of teacher that I worked with. From left to right: Kelly, Kayla, Dawn, Me, Jenny and Jodi.

They were so fun to work with and we made a really good team. We worked with 3 toddler girls and 9 toddler boys. They ranged from 18 months to 3 years. It was such a great experience and I will miss the children and my awesome team. I am glad all of the homework attached to the class is almost over. I just have cleaning of the lab and a home visit of the twins I was in charge of left. I can't wait until I can teach without turning in tons of homework for each teaching day.

I have more pictures on my phone but I have to figure out how to get them on here first. So I will post more soon.
