Just pictures

We're so behind in blogging that I don't know where to start. So here are some pictures instead.

Our youngest family member

Started sitting up on his own at 6 months 1 week; crawling froggie style at 6 months 3 weeks.

Big girl small boy

Taking advantage of benefits of living in Penang.

My jie jie didn't start going to the beach until she was 8 months old; I'm only 5 months+ here!

With the Hohs; wish we had more time.

Evening stroll

Crying because he couldn't sit himself upright from this position he got himself into.

Fell asleep while sucking on the car seat *blech*

With Khen at WenDee's wedding (who chopped off my head!)

Old (and new) friends

Finally, a picture with the (busy) beautiful bride @ Grand Palace Pavilion KL

Here at another wedding, Angela Beh Joo Ann's!

With 2 small kids, we attended only the church ceremony

Again, with 2 small kids + stoller + bags, it's not easy to squeeze through crowds to take pictures with the bridal couple. So, we took pictures of ourselves.

With Ian, my dreams of having a Michelin baby came true.

My first trip to Safari!!!

During the last home town trip, we manage to make some time to A'Famosa's Safari even tough I personally havent been there yet. It's just 5mins of drive away from mom's house.
Our little girl was so excited when she hear about our idea of bringing her to the safari... (not sure even whether she knows what's safari)

the ticket price is a bit expensive but the environment is good, some how better than the Taiping's Zoo in terms of cleanliness, lesser mosquitoes, more animals' shows for all ages, boat ride, elephant ride, pony ride, camel ride...

we went on weekdays and it's surprisingly packed with visitors from all places, esp those from Mid-east. The Safari is just beside water world of A Famosa, so maybe the next trip will be water world. For the record, the last time i went to water world was like 17years ago... time flies!!!

here are some of the photos taken during the safari visit.

first show directly beside the entrance and right after we step in the safari

water coming out from elephant's trunk

feeding time!!! from customer...

farm house in the middle of the safari. rabbits!!!

thousand of chicks running around in the farm house
if you look closely you'll see some dead chicks on the ground... :P poor environment for it

she "baaa..." and there was a return call from the sheep behind her... :D

patting the sheep

we asked her not to stand too close to the goose, it might peck her...

flamingo in the middle of the safari... ian is zzz behind the camera

patting pony

emu!!!

???

camel smiling at shanna n mummy

sang kancil!!! when was the last time you seen the real one?

going up to elephant ride

Shanna " i wan to sit on the colorful cow"

on the boat to monkey island....

poor guy.... too tired....

overall the whole experience was good n comfortable for all four of us... mummy enjoy the boat and elephant ride, daddy like the cool and not many mosquitoes environment, Shanna likes everything and Ian... not sure whether he knows where he was.

we were suppose to join in a truck to go around to see the free roaming wild animals but by the time we reach the gathering points, the Q was way too long.. and our poor little one is too tired to continue on with the visit.

will try to upload some of the video taken during that trip...
