Beef Tripe with white pepper soup
- Bought Beef Tripe from Studfield asian market. 7.99 per kg. paid around 4 buck for that
- Start boiling two pots of water, one with Ikan Bilis (dried anchovies) stock with radish; while the other pot is to blanch the tripe before putting into the soup stock
- Blanch pot adds
1. one spoon of balsamic vineger
2. Salt
3. wine
4. beef tripe
once the water starts boiling, turn off the fire and let it simmer for 3-5mins
pour away the water and put the tripe to the stock soup.
- Stock soup adds
1. radish
2. 2 spoons of black pepper
3. 2 spoons of white pepper or grounded pepper to taste
4. a bit of salt for taste
- boil for another 20mins and put in the thermal cooker till serving.
