Touchdown BAMA!!!

Roll Tide Roll!!!

First BAMA Game!!!!

This weekend was Andrew's First Bama Game:) It was also Mommy and Daddy's first Bama game at Tuscaloosa. We've seen them play away but not at home. We had the best time! Piper stayed w/ Nana for the night because she could not have handle the crazy schedule. Andrew did great! He was so excited! We stopped at the local bakery for the celebration cookies. Thanks, Ms. Brenda for the awesome directions! Red elephant cookies were delicious. Then we strolled the Strip and bought Andrew a new hat and hoodie sweatshirt. Then a little picture time w/ the past coaches Paul Bear Bryant and Gene Stallings. Andrew and Daddy also played in the grass while we waited on the Walk of Champions to see the Football team and Coaches. We got our pics made by the Quad, which is the most extravagant tailgating. 3 flatscreens in one tent? Then we finally went into the stadium. It was an awesome experience! Andrew loved the touchdowns and how we said Roll Tide after every First Down. He wants to come back Thursday for the next game.

Veteran's Program

Andrew participated in a Veteran's Day Program at his school. They sang about 4 songs and had a WWII Veteran as their speaker. It was awesome to see how he is beginning to understand what a brave task these military men and women do for our country.

Arts and Crafts

Andrew's Homework this weekend was to decorate a feather to add to the Class Turkey in Ms. Brenda's room. He decided to make it like an indian. Of course, Busy Bee a.k.a. Piper needed to draw and color too. Notice she also colored her face w/ marker;0

End of Soccer Season

Andrew played with Arlington Soccer this fall. It was his 5th season, I think. Of course, he had a great time playing. He loves to play goalie! He will play again in the Spring:)

Trunk or Treat

Trunk or Treat was at our church Saturday night. Andrew and Piper were so excited! Hot dogs were on the menu and a lot of candy. We also decorated our trunk this year and Piper really enjoyed passing out the candy. The games and inflatable slides are always fun, too.

School Parties

Andrew and Piper both ahd School Parties this week. Piper was to dress up and bring a sweet treat. We made Mini-Pumpkin Cupcakes and she was Sleeping Beauty. She also made a small craft. Piper is really enjoying her school 1 day a week at Great Oaks Mother-Day-Out. Andrew also had his party at school but his was more of stations along the gym and it's called Pumpkin Patch. Each class did a game or craft and I chose to do a craft for his class' station. They each picked a pumpkin from the stage and took a class picture then decorated their pumpkin with a silly face to take home. That night we all crashed, especially Mommy.
