Our First Apartment

I took these pictures a while ago for my mom, but I forgot to post them. So here are pictures of our first apartment! Oh, and our new furniture! We actually really like this apartment! It is a whole lot smaller than the house we lived in when we first got married, but that's a good thing! The two of us don't need anything big yet.

Oh, and it is the end of March, and still snowing!!! The snowflakes this morning were soo big that I just had to take a picture! And you can also see what our apartment look like from the outside.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone! We've been having a fun filled Easter weekend here in Rexburg! After church this afternoon we went over to H.D & Brittany's (and Baylee), with Nate, Kelly, Tanner, and Suzanne for an Easter lunch. Later tonight we're heading over to my old roommate's house to have dinner with her and her husband, and I think another old roommate will be there too. Nate and Kelly came over with Tanner to decorate eggs on Saturday. We had a lot of fun, but the color wasn't looking that good, so Kelly came up with a great technique! Just drop a drop of food coloring on the egg, staight from the bottle, and BLOW! They turned out pretty cool! And then we aet them as deviled eggs today :) Yum!

Teton Lodge

Well this past weekend Michaela and I went to the Teton Lodge, a bunch of cabins the university owns, with the rest of the Physical Therapy Society. The reason of our trip was to be instructed on how to better prepare ourselves for entering PT school, because the majority of those who went are all juniors and seniors about to send in applications to the universities of their choice. I however was the only sophmore of about 15 kids looking into PT or occupational therapy. Our special speaker was brother Shaw, a retired PT and now a professer here at the university. He also helped write the exam students take as they leave PT school. After he shared some important advice tips we did a couple case studdies. It was a lot of fun and and really set my priorities straight on what steps i should take if i someday hope to be a PT. Here are some pictures of the teton lodge.

Guitars Unplugged

Saturday we went to Guitars Unplugged. It's the biggest event on campus each semester. They hold shows on Thursday and Friday where students perform and the audience votes on their favorite. Then Saturday night is the BIG show, the "best of" show. We went with Ben & Breanne Newson and had soo much fun!

6 months

Well, it's been 6 months now that we have been married, and we still haven't posted a single wedding picture, so I put together a slideshow of some of the pictures. It took me way longer than it should have! For some reason I just couldn't figure it out. But here it is, finally!

Weekend in Vegas

I'm not sure if we announced it yet, but for anyone who doesn't know, we're moving to Philadelphia for the summer! Jordan is selling for APX and I get to hang out with the other wives by the pool all day!! (Haha, jk, I'll try to do something productive also, maybe an internship or something). APX does a few pre-season sales trips and the last one was in Vegas and we stayed in condos in St George. The weather was so nice! It was amazing going from 20-30 degrees, to 75-80 in just a 6 hour drive!! But because it's still snowing here, sunscreen was the last thing on my mind, and I got pretty sunburned while me and the other wives were laying out by the pool. I think everyone here in Rexburg just thinks I went to a ghetto tanning salon and fell asleep, ha.
Anyway, while we were there, the guys worked during the day, then at night we (the wives) drove down to Vegas, met up with the guys, went out on the strip, to a buffet (of course, I guess it's the thing to in Vegas, in all the times I've been there, that was my first buffet experience, I don't think I'll do that again though, lol), and rode the roller coaster at New York New York. I think the best part of the trip though was the weather!! (It's snowing again here today! All day it's been snowing!)
I couldn't get this picture to turn, but I thought it was still funny with Jordan licking his lips, haha.
