We had a great game of Ultimate Frisbee on Memorial Day.

But as is tradition, someone gets hurt... this year was Dad's turn. A full force throw of frisbee right to the eye. After a visit to the ER in Provo, all was found to be well. Just very sore and very colorful. Heidi has a great story on her blog!

For date night we hiked up part of the Mt. Timp trail (Aspen Grove side) to a waterfall. Still a bit of snow up there.

Mike is ready to hike to the top again...but I don't know if I'm quite ready :) I couldn't walk for three days because I was so sore! And we lost our camera when we hiked Mt. Timp last September. We are pretty sure we set it down on one of our last breaks when we were almost back to the car. We got all the way home, realized it was missing and drove back up there (this is 10:30 pm-ish and we were dead tired) to try to find it because we thought we knew about where we set it. But we couldn't find it. So...we lost all of our amazing pics that show we actually hiked to the top!!! I do have a couple pics on my cell phone... but they don't do it justice. I guess we are going to have to hike it again someday.

Mike and I were down in St. George last weekend for my cousin Sara's wedding. We rode down with my parents and inbetween wedding activities we went and hiked through the Narrows. (The really narrow Narrows that are on the North end of St. George).

For those who haven't experienced it, here's your chance! We'll take you on a virtual tour through them! Caution: not to be watched by those who are claustrophobic. :)

So we still don't know where we're going. The HR dept. for the Nevada job is SLOOOOOWWWW.... But we'll be sure to let you all know what happens. It's definitely been frustrating just waiting and waiting.

Mike's parents were in town a few days ago, so we made a cake for Mike's mom. Her birthday was in April. Jaden is patiently waiting for his piece :)

And we even made it a 4 flavor ice cream cake.

They each got to pick two of their favorites.

We went to Lagoon with Mike's family and ran into Ashlee there!!! All the way from Vegas! It was good to see you Ash!
