Cars BEWARE! *he's on the move*

TODAY...Carter learned to ride a TWO wheeler, unbeknownst to me! I thought he was playing with a friend, I came outside to check on him and my friend Emily says "did you know Carter can ride a two wheeler?" uhhh NO! He learned to ride a two wheeler on her sons bike. So Jared took the training wheels off his bike and there he went. Just like he's been doing it forever! It kinda made me a little sad to think how fast he's growing.HA HA.....the videos so cheesy, sorry I was messing around with Ivideo. Anyway this is seriously some of his first rides on a two wheeler. It's funny how good he is already. Oh boy here we go!

VayCay in San Diego!

Since Carter was a baby, we've made San Diego our place to Vacation. We just love the mild temperatures, sandy beaches, yummy food and atmosphere of southern CA. Nothing else compares for us. We're hoping that (maybe) we'll take the babies next year. Last year it seemed Carter didn't really care that they weren't with us, but this year he constantly asked if we were going to go see the babies. So cute! Here are some of the fun things we did this year.
We went to the San Diego Zoo. I loved it. It was such beautiful weather. I wish we planned a few days to spend there though, it was HUGE. We bought tickets to the Wild Animal Park and never got to go, lots to see. We saw lots of cool animals and there were fun things to do through out. Above is Carter and I on the sky tram. It was so neat to see a cool view of the zoo and San Diego.

I told Carter to hug this animal dude but he ran as fast as he could towards me. Ha HA!

SHHH we saw the ambassador Cheetah, he is trained to be around people but...as we were on the tour bus we had to stop for a min. and wait for the trainers cue to continue on. What a cool experience to see a Cheetah up close. The Dog is the cheetah's companion. He lives with the Cheetah and he takes cues on how to behave in public or around trainers. SO RAD!
Carter and his Binoculars.

We got tired of being around crowds so we decided to go on a sail boat ride. It was a private tour, there was only another couple with us from Germany. They were really cool. This was so fun! I'm so glad we did it. I was getting a little sea sick so the captain sprayed Ginger under my tongue....It was a MIRACLE GONE.! hahaha.

This boat was so cool...I wish I could remember the name. I guess it is a replica of an old boat.
K....Lego Land....BOOOOO! Not fun. We stood in line for 1 hr for this dinky log ride. All the rides were dinky and lame. Even Carter (being three) was like "Dude, where's the cool rides?" hahah serious.

The best part of the whole trip was hangin at the beach. So relaxing.

FUN TIMES! Can't WAIT to go back.
A HUGE shout out to JESSA and GRANDMA for watching the TRIPLETS.....YOU GUYS ARE THE BOMB. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! LOVE YOU!

18 Months Old!

I can't believe my babies are 18 months old! We've been taking them to nursery for the last few weeks to get them "warmed up." Last Sunday they were official, so I told the teacher that I was going to leave and she looked at me with this nervous face and said "yes, you should do that." So I left (very carefully) them a couple times and they cried hysterically as soon as they noticed I was gone. Then when it was snack time.....of course....they were distracted enough that I was able to leave. I sat through relief Society for the first time in probably TWO years. Thanks to the nursery teachers, there are probably (no lie) 15 one year olds in that class, and soon to be more coming in. It is CRAZY. So props to those leaders who are very loving and kind to our sweet One year old babies.

We went for their well-baby appointment today. They are doing GREAT and are right on track developmentally and physically. Ellah is 25lbs. 11oz, 75th / 33.5 in long 90th. Maddox is 27 lbs. 1 oz. 75th/ 33.5 in. long, abv. the 75th. Mason is 27 lbs. 1 oz. 75th and is 34in. long 90th.
