So I decided that I would go for it and start my own craft blog. I have wanted to for a while, mostly to keep a record of the things that I have made... but I have been hesitant. What if I didn't have enough things to post about? What if I ran out of crafty ideas? What if? What if? Well the time has come to put all the timidness behind me. Finally a family picture!! There have been a few places around town that I have been really wanting to take pictures at. Anyone know of any other really good pictures spots?

Last week we celebrated Tessa's 1st birthday. We had a simple cupcake bar (Jason's wonderful idea!) and opened presents. Everything turned out great and it wasn't too much work! Tess got a water table and a princess chair and some clothes and gift cards to name a few things. Tess is such a sweetheart. She loves to explore things on her own and wants to be super independent. She is completely opposite from Audrey in that! Where Audrey wants me to do everything with her, Tess is just content to wander from room to room playing with toys. Tess is also opposite from Audrey on the charts. Where Audrey was in the 99th percentile for weight at one point, Tess is in the 2nd percentile. She loves to eat but she is one busy little girl. She starting walking at 10 months and she has not slowed down! Tess loves stuffed animals. The cuddlier the better! She will hug them and love them and walk around with them everywhere. She is starting to say a few words and always wants to copy whatever Audrey is doing. Aud and Tess are great friends and they get along so well together. Happy Birthday Tess Mess!
