Early Spring

This early spring we've had some very warm days and have been able get out with the boys and spend time in the yard. The last couple of days have been low 70's, but a few weeks ago we had six inches of snow, and we'll see likely see more snow in the next month or two. We just bought a swing set and look forward to getting it put together so the boys can start playing on it. With the days getting longer now, we certainly need to find things that keep them busy, otherwise we all start going crazy.

Other than that, we're just keeping up with work, church, family gatherings, running errands, occasional exercise, etc. Between her busy work season and being the primary president, Christina is as busy as ever, but holds up very well and still manages to keep our family in order. She's an amazing mother, wife and caretaker for all of us. The boys and I try to give her time and space when she needs it, but we're so cool and fun to be with, that she usually ends up hanging out with us anyway.

Carson and I made a big snowman a few weeks ago...

It was pretty tall and I about broke my back getting the middle section in place. Sadly, it got warm quickly that day, and he fell over about three hours later, but Carson wasn't too upset...

The boys love getting into the cars and playing around. We don't let them do it unless we're around so they don't try to make any quick get aways to Wendover to blow their savings...

With 7 or 8 Volkswagens in the family, we're trying to get them trained early. Carson seems to like them, and his daddy's sunglasses...

Elijah loves being outside cruising around. He's still a little small for Carson's big wheel, but he sure looks good on it and is constantly fighting off the little neighborhood hotties...

Carson had been wanting to ride the space shuttle in the mall for a long time. A few weeks ago they finally got their chance...
