Christmas 2012

Clarissa really wanted to make Gingerbread houses, so we did so a few days before Christmas.
Like mother, like daughter.
The kids had a contest to see who could keep a "spicy" peppermint in their mouth the longest.

Getting in a quick game of war before church on Sunday morning.  Nothing says primary preparation like a good games of cards.

We had a Jones family gathering on Sunday.  Here all 10 of the Jones grandkids get ready to open their cousin gifts.  Grandpa and Grandma Jones, via Skype and an Ipad, are able to watch from thousands of miles away in the Pacific Ocean.

The kids with their new Christmas Eve jammies and books.

Christmas morning, still trying to wake up and see what Santa left.

A bag of chocolate coal makes Elijah pretend to be mad.

Carson spinning a lighted, song playing top. It was one of the hits of the morning.

She really wanted this Tinker Bell bean bag chair and spent most the day sitting in it.

Elijah got a bunch of Avengers legos from Santa including Captain America.

Carson got this little tornado machine from his siblings.

Look out world.

Merry Christmas!

Clarissa's Dance Recital

Clarissa had her Christmas dance recital on Saturday. She was so cute and did a really good job.  She enjoys dancing and being on stage. Here are some photos and videos. It's so hard to get decent photos, but here a couple that kind of turned out.
