During the week of Dr Seuss's birthday the kids got to dress up as characters from books on one of the days. Jared Jr. was really concerned because they weren't allowed to be certain characters like sponge bob, rugrats etc.. We told him he could be a star wars character or lord of the rings, but he was worried that it wouldn't be allowed so 10 min before school started I put these costumes together. I am one of those people who overthinks things (obviously Jared Jr. got this from me)I do much better when I have no time to think. I was really happy how cute they turned out and it was fun that Jared Jr. got to use my grandfathers flannel shirt that is at least 30yrs old! Jared is Huck finn and Gaven is Tom Sawyer.
