On our way to California we stopped to see my Aunt Jan. She is my Dad's sister. It was great to see her and spend some time catching up.

It was cold at the beach! It was such a nice change from my normal Texas humidity and the 117 degrees we left behind in Arizona. (why did we move from California?)

Dave, Wendy and their beautiful family came out to my Dad's one day to swim, eat and have a great time!

These two were buddies the whole time.

Every morning I would come downstairs and find these boys in my Dad's bed watching cartoons. I think Mema set them up with that so I could get more sleep. Thank you Mema!

Uncle Jason and Ashley brought over fireworks one night and the boys had fun lighting them up.

Uncle Chris was a huge hit with the boys while we were there. He would grumble and complain but then come out with us to the pool and would play right along with Andrew doing cannon balls, teaching him to dive, we wore Chris out! But they all had fun. 

Even I got into the action of diving in, but seriously those pictures were NOT flattering so this is what you get to see. The after shot. Lol!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that Father's Day weekend Steve, Rosane and Tucker surprised Dad by coming out for the weekend. It was so awesome to see them and spend time with them. It was supposed to be a surprise for me too because I had been bugging Steve to come, but I was sitting next to Ruth when she got the text and she showed it to me before Rosane could say that they wanted to surprise me too. So I pretended to be surprised. :)
