A Celebration to Remember

We all were finally able to get together as a family and celebrate Jeff's 30th Birthday. Jeff's mom took us all to a Giants game. It was the perfect gift for Jeff. He loved being with everyone just having a good time at a good ole baseball game. It really was so much fun and a great memory to cherish as a family.

Celebrate!

I had been wanting to make fun treats for the 4th of July for a couple years but every year it seems to come so quickly and I never get to it. This year I made it happen though and it was fun. I wanted to make more but I only was able to make two treats. My favorite are the cupcakes. Fruit always makes things look so pretty. We had a fun 4th of July at Jenny and Jeremy's pool party. We ate good food, swam and visiting with family and friends. That is what a 4th of July party should be. Thanks Jenny and Jeremy for hosting a great party!

The Best Aunt Ever #2

In June I took a week and babysat the Stubbs kids again and the second time was a blast too. We went swimming, to parks, played games and baked with the girls. It's been great being able to see them so much this summer.

Goodbye Cats

Our time with Tux and Callie has come to an end. A few months ago we hit a wall with the cats. They weren't the nicest cats to begin with. We could even get too close to them with out them hissing or running away from us so when they started to pee and poop all over the house (including in the laundry basket) we couldn't take it anymore and so we had to send them back to the shelter. It's hard to get cats to stop eliminating outside of their litter box once they start so hopefully in a new place where they haven't already made the habit they will be able to be better. They were cute cats but we had to let them go. Goodbye Tux and Callie.

Fun at the Drive-in

Not much needs to be said in this post only that we love to go to the drive-in!
