More than anything in this world...I love being a Mom! It has brought me more joy than I could ever imagine. I love my little Zoey so much, and am so grateful to her for making me a Mom! She's my little angel, and I'm so blessed to have her!

I'm so lucky to have so many special Mom's in my life! I also have a wonderful Mother in law, the best sister who is like a Mom to Zoey, I have Aunts who I adore and have mothered me my whole life, and a Grandma who I look up to and admire so much!

6 Years ago Today!

6 Years Together!

Today Ben and I are celebrating our 6 year Anniversary! I really can't believe it! Time has flown by! I'm so lucky to have Ben as a husband. I'm so happy, and have loved every minute of being married to him. Every year I have to report in...and the answer is still NO...we haven't had our first fight yet! I'm very proud of that! We are so lucky to get along so well, and to love eachother so much! Happy Anniversary Babe! I love ya!

6 of my favorite things about Ben are:

1. He is the most patient person I know.

2. He never raises his voice, and is always so respectful of me and others.

3. He is always willing to help out anywhere he can.

4. He tickles my back everynight before bed!

5. He is the best daddy! Always so attentive to Zoey and is always willing to play with her!

6. His voice...I love it!

Thanks for the best 6 years of my life!

We were able to celebrate our Anniversary this weekend since it fell on Easter this year! We went out to eat to one of our favorite restaurants...Carvers! So yummy!

The First Hunt!

EASTER 2009Yesterday we were able to celebrate Easter with the Spencer family! It was such a fun day! Zoey loves being with her cousins, and had a great time going on an Easter Egg hunt with them! Martha made a great dinner, and we just had a fun night of playing games and hanging out with the family!

Chris set up a scavenger hunt for the kids to find their baskets!

On your marks, get set, GO!

Zoey did pretty good this year finding the eggs!

Luke and Zoey

Zoey & Taylor with their baskets all filled!

All done! Time for a sugar rush!

Zoey's first bite of a PeeP! She actuallly liked them!

We also celebrated Chris's birthday! Happy Birthday Chris!

Coloring of the Eggs!

On Thursday we decided to color Easter eggs! The kids were so excited all day, and could hardly wait til Ben got home! They did great, and loved it. All we had were Princess stickers for the eggs, so poor Dalyn had to decorate his all girly!
They loved dipping them in the colors of their choice!

Putting on stickers!

Zoey LOVED the Princess stickers!

All done!

55 Years and Counting!

My cute Grandma and Grandpa celebrated their 55th Anniversary this week! They are so cute, and I love them both so much. I've been fortunate enough to have a very close relationship with them my whole life. I can't imagine life without them! They are truly amazing, and they love eachother so much. I'm so glad to have them as such a great example to me. We sure love you both, and were so happy to celebrate your Anniversary with you!

They're Back!

After a long 3 months we are so excited to have Dalyn and Brexlee back! Zoey has missed Dalyn so much, and is so happy to have her little buddy back! Brexlee is now with us too! Can I tell you how much I just love her?! She is such a good baby, and I'm loving every minute of it. When I started watching Dalyn, Zoey and him were only 9 months apart. So Dalyn was 3 months old, and Zoey was barely 1. Needless to say, it is much easier this time! Dalyn and Zoey are such big helpers and love to hold her and play with her. We love them both so much, and are so glad to have them back with us twice a week!

Cause It's Ladies Night!

A couple of weeks ago Martha took all us girls out to the David Archuletta concert! We had so much fun, and it was a really good concert! It was fun to see all the little girls scream like crazy for him (and some of the older ladies too!) It was fun to have a Girls Night Out! Thanks Martha for taking us! We went to 5 Guys Burger before the concert. That was my first time there. I thought it was really good!

Joann & Taylor
I was so excited that Taylor was going with us! She made it so much fun!

Yea, the guy behind us thought he was so funny! He kind of was though!

Martha & Taylor...fun times!

All us girls!

The girls were so excited that I had a limo pick us up!

Happy Birthday Tay Tay!

Happy Birthday Miss Taylor!!
Yesterday we were able to celebrate Taylor's 10th Birthday with her! We cannot believe she is already 10 years old!
We love you Taylor, and are so proud of the beautiful, funny, smart, caring girl that you've turned out to be! Zoey just loves you, and totally looks up to her "big" cousin Taylor. She tells everyone about you, and loves you so much!

Been There...Done That!

We Did It! Yesterday Ben and I, and Ben's brother Chris participated in a 5K race in West Valley! Ben had heard about it, and really wanted to do it. He kept bugging me that I should do it with him, and that it would be cool if we could do it together. I reallly had no desire to do it, and I really didn't think I could do it. To me...3.2 miles is forever long! Considering I've never been able to run longer than about 8 minutes at a time! But what do ya know...I was actually able to do it! All this exercising is actually paying off! I can now say I've been there, and done that...don't know if I'll be doing it again anytime soon. It was a great accomplishment, and I'm so glad I did it, but it really wasn't fun! We all did great...Chris finished in about 26 mintues, Ben in about 28 minutes, and I finished at 36 minutes. Ben and I both reached our goals. Ben's was to run it in under 30 minutes, and my goal was to run the entire time, and to finish in less than 38 minutes! This being our first race...we didn't know that you stayed until everyone finished and that they did awards and gave out ribbons and stuff. Come to find out I actually placed 3rd in my age group. I was pretty excited about that! YAY for us, and thanks Ben for talking me into it!

The course went right past my sister's house, so they sat out on the porch and cheered for us as we ran past!

There is Ben waving at Zoey!

We did it!

Happy St. Patricks Day!

I guess Zoey's not a fan of St. Patricks Day! She told me she doesn't like the color green! She didn't want to wear anything green, so at least I could stick some green bows in her hair! She did however want to call Grandma and Kimmy today to see if they were wearing green...because if they weren't she wanted to go and pinch them!

Sometime it has to come to an end!

Well, after a week of celebrating it has come to an end! On Sunday we celebrated the last of the birthday parties for Ben! Taylor's Birthday is this week, so we celebrated hers too! Taylor and Ben are the best of buddies, so it was fun to have them celebrate it together! Martha made a great dinner, and Joann brought the best icecream cake! Martha decided that it would be fun to start a new tradition, and on birthday's we have to say what we love about that person. I of course got choked up when I had to say what I love about Ben...I always do! What can I say, he is my best friend and I love him more than life itself! It was nice to hear the rest of the family talk about him, and that even made me all teary eyed! His brothers said some really nice things about him, and it was just nice to hear how much they love and respect him! Ben is an example to all of how to be an awesome Dad, a wonerful husband, an amazing Son, a caring Brother, and a loyal friend to anyone lucky enough to know him!

Until next year....Love ya Ben!

Is it just me, or has this been the LONGEST Winter ever?! We have anxiously been awaiting Spring! Is it Finally here?

I think SO!
YAY for Spring, and spending time outside once again!

Get Your PARTY On!

Happy Birthday Ben!
We have had a great week of celebrating for Ben's Birthday! On his actual birthday Zoey and I suprised him with a night out! I asked Zoey what we should do for Dad's birthday, and she said "Go Bowling!", so that's what we did!

We started out the night going out to eat at the Cheesecake Factory! It was SO good! That is definately one of my favorite restaurants. Ben was suprised, and had no idea we were going there!

I had told Zoey we were going to a nice restaurant, and so she was on her best behavior!

Ok, so she got a little bored waiting for the food...but was still being really good! They don't have any kids meals to color or anything, so she resorted to the camera to keep herself entertained. She took this picture of herself! Ha! Wonder where she learned how to do that?!

Zoey's Photo's of the Night:

Ben

This is 1 of the 5 pictures she took of the messy table!

More of Ben!

Our cute waitress was so kind to pose for her! Zoey thought that was great!

Ben told them he didn't want them to sing, so our waitress just decorated his plate, and put a candle in his cheesecake for him...it was perfect!

Can't wait until we get to go there again!

Then it was off to go BOWLING! Zoey did so good at keeping it a secret until Ben teased her into telling him!

We had to wait a little while for a lane, so Zo was entertaining herself once again!

She thought it was so funny to imitate the pictures on the wall!

The Birthday Boy won both games!

Zoey loved bowling! She didn't want it to end. She got 2 spares, and was SO cute when she got them. She would just scream and cheer...she had the people around us just laughing at her. It was so cute. She would even cheer for Ben and I when we got a strike or a spare!

We had a great night, and were so glad we were able to spend the night with our Ben! We love him, and are so lucky to have the best Daddy in the world!
Love you Ben!
