In with the new
Tada. I know. You are all impressed that I am blogging again. Really, so am I. yep. :)
And... once again..my life in pictures. Because my brain is really tired and can't think of cool witty things to say. here goes...
Nope...not new. Brandon will still not eat with silverware. oh well. At least he eats. ha.
But this is for sure new! well...wait for it....
We went from this to.....
This!!!! Ack! A haircut!! (and ps he hated it the entire time..just screamed and my mom, mike and I.) He was so mad, and then when I got out the camera to take a picture.... cheese! He was instantly happy again. ha.
This is a bad picture of me..I was tired. But my mommy and I had a ton of fun last weekend. We went to Ogden and got some pics taken and got our hair done. I am getting the pics in the mail soon, so then I will put them up and you can see a pretty picture of us. :)
And here is my little puppy. This happens all the time. Things are always always always in his mouth. Anything goes. Really.
AND!!! THIS IS TOTALLY NEW!!! When I was writing this blog, the boys went down the hallway and were being very quiet. For those of you that know children, especially my boys, you know that this is usually a dangerous sign. (the running away and being quiet.)
There is hope after all....

Now... let's go back a week and it is .... Valentines day! Here is our family on the 13th at our stake Valentines dinner/dance. They had babysitting there so we could eat in peace and danced with ourselves. But...we went and got our kids so they could dance the last few songs with us. It was way fun! I haven't danced with Mike in the longest time, and it was really nice to have a good date night with him. Love you!
I know you can't see it, but Mike got me a beautiful necklace for Valentines. I just love wearing it! :) And of course-he got me some wonderful flowers. :)
ha ha. now...remember the last post where I got all crafty and made letters for the boys? Yeah... look where they ended up. ha ha ha.
And last, but certainly not least- also on the 13th I went down to Provo for a baby shower for one of my very good friends from High school. Yeah for Jena! (and Kelly..her hubby.) She is due in April I think and it was totally worth the drive down there to see her for a few hours!

It was so funnnn! (and yes, I was actually surprised about that. ha ha) And I got a ton of free stuff and had a fun time with all the ladies who came. It kind of turned into a mini girl party! I did it! I got crafty! :)
Hello again! This past week I have been trying harder to be a better wife and mom. So...we made bread!! I haven't made bread the whole time we have been living in this apartment, so it was long overdue.
Brandon insisted on helping me stir the bread dough. Such a helpful little boy. The funny part is that right after I took this picture and turned around the put away the camera-Brandon sure flipped the spoon and flicked wet dough and flour all over the kitchen!
And here is my little James. So bored watching us make bread. :) But hey, he had food- so he was happy.
AND!!! I FINALLY FINISHED A PROJECT ON MY NEW SEWING MACHINE!!!! You have no idea how happy this makes me! I made fabric letters for my little boys! I found this really cute idea on this blog. www.ohsohappytogether.blogspot.com/2009/07/rag-quilt-letters-tutorial.html She has the best ideas!
I finished them last night after Brandon went to sleep, so when he got up this morning-he was so happy!!

The new stats :) (and a new header..)
Hello one and all who actually read this! :)
Here are some things with "stats" or so... that have happened to us the past few months. :) And since a pictures speak a thousand words.... yeah.
First off, my amazing Grandpa and Grandpa Kelly (my mom's parents) had their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 31,2009. 50 years!! That is so inspiring to me! They really have left a great example for Mike and I to follow. Thank you Grandpa and Grandma for everything you have taught me over the years and we love you both so much!
And yes, this is my Grandma actual wedding dress! Isn't it the most amazing dress! I love it! (and those ladies are my sisters, future sister-in-law and me of course. :) )
Not that Mike and I are a stat, but I just had to put this picture up. :) The Christmas season was a great one for us. :) And we don't have many pictures of just us...so here you go. :) Oh, and just so we have a stat with this picture, we have been married for 3 1/2 years now. :) And this was our fourth Christmas together. :) Love you Mike!
Here he is now! (well, that picture is actually a month old, he is even bigger now!) James is now 9 months old. He is very very very quickly moving out of baby-ness and going straight into being a toddler. ~sigh~
Yep, that is little Brandon the summer that we lived at the scout camp in Bear Lake. :) He is actually pretty close to the same age in this picture that James is now. He really didn't really know what to think of that wet sand. Ha ha.
Look at that HANDSOME boy!! He is so big! Ack! What happened?! wow. How on earth can I handle two toddlers. ha. Now, if only this boy would just potty train himself. tee hee. yeah, and I can just keep dreaming.
Mike finally got a job! Yes, it is only a temp job for month, but it is a job!! Yeah Mike!! We really miss having him home with us all the time, but he is really glad he has a job. Love you!

So, according to the doctor and the stats for James, he is big, has a big head, and is short. :) ha ha. Silly boy is doomed with that big head. :)

Here are some things that the Mr. James can do now-
1. crawl as fast as Brandon can walk. for real.
2. Two weeks ago he learned how to pull himself to standing by things.
3. Now he can hold onto things and walk very slowly along them. And he loves it!
4. He has 6 very sharp teeth with another one on the way.
5. Words: mama and bbbbb(raspberry noise) for Brandon, and sometimes he says daaaa
6. Sleep? not. He is such a night owl. Wonder where that comes from... ha ha.
All in all, James has a very sweet personality and loves to smile and giggle at anyone. :)
And now- on to this little boy!

1. He can now officially run faster than I can. oh dear me.
2. Brandon just loves to play the "plano" and sing songs to me all day. I am really glad that he loves music too.
3. He knows about every word. And will copy everything you say, so watch out. HA HA!
4. He can sing the ABC's and knows what the letter B looks like. And he will come over and type bbbbbbbbbb on everything I am doing. yep. bbbbbbb
5. Brandon is having issues sharing with his little brother and likes to tackle James all the time. Any suggestions?! :)
Other than that, Brandon is a very funny little boy who loves to make everyone laugh.
And now, some more great news!!!

Yep. Ben and Jess get married in two months, and Daniel face finally moved back to UTAH!!!!! About time Mister. :)
And DeeAura performed in the Savior of the World this winter. Lucky. If I could find a picture...but I am on Mike's computer, and all my pics on are mine! ARG. But it was the best thing ever to go see this Christmas. :)
