Holy, Holy, Holy

We try to be intentional about many of the songs and scripture verses we teach our girls. Now that Sadie is a bit older, it becomes so obvious that they are little sponges (for good and for bad). One day at lunch, she started singing this little hymn that we often sing at bedtime. Using my super stealth skills, I managed to set my phone on the table and turn the video on to capture this precious moment.

Holy, Holy, Holy.
Lord God Almighty.
Early in the morning our song shall rise to Thee.
Holy, Holy, Holy, merciful and mighty.
God in three Persons, blessed Trinity.
By the time I got the video on, she was half way through. Sorry you just get to look at our ceiling...and the second half of the video! And it sounds as if she has inherited my vocal talents.

I tried to get her to do it again, but she would only sing it if I helped. Pleeeease pretend you don't hear my voice. If you know me, you know how painful it is that I'm letting you hear me sing.
