Back to School!

So I am finally getting caught up a little. My baby takes real naps now and the boys are back in school. Caleb is in 4th grade his 2nd grade teacher moved up and he got her again and so we are Thrilled! Luke is in 2nd grade and got Mr Reed. We now hear stories about Mr Reed non-stop! Luke adores him and has gotten really into reading. Last week at the bookfair I gave in and bought him a captian underpants book. He read all weekend. This motherhood thing...

Trip to California

We spent 2 weeks in Californina. We got to stay with Furgesons and with Jess's family in a beach house on Coranado. We had such a fun time with tons of great memories!

Birthdays...

This was my birthday- 35! Inside this gift is a kitchen aid blender. Jess thought of it and even got red! I have been creating some awesome smoothies!

A Man Chair for my Man- Happy Birthday!

For Jess's birthday I broke down and bought him a "Man chair" he has always wanted one. I knew going into it that he would never sit by me again, although the other night, he did let me sit in it (but he held the remote). I had it delivered while he was gone so "surprise" it was sitting there when he came home.

Football Season!

Caleb is playing tackle this year. He got to play his first game on the blue turf! He loves the games, but these 5 days a week of football are starting to get long, this is dedication! My skinny man is the center. He is sponsored by the Grocery Outlet but luckily they aren't the "baggers" They are the "stars". This is serious business, I am learning, our family also has shirts with Caleb's name and number on them for the games.
