Today my sweet little pumpkin got to dress up in his costume for school. He chose to be a fireman, because "I am going to be a fireman and save the people some day, Mommy!". He was adorable as were all his friends... They sang some songs and paraded around the church sanctuary.

We returned to Spooner's this year, for our annual trip for pumpkins. This year we did the corn maze, for the first time and the kids loved it! This year, dear Auntie Andrea joined us and it was extra special having her along.

Cousin Rori turned 4 and we got to celebrate with her. Auntie Erin had a Halloween themed party, so all the kiddos got to dress up! Katie was Snow White, Nate was a firefighter, Cohen and Rori were sharks, and Claire was a Beary Fairy. They all looked adorable and had lots of fun.

Both of the kids started soccer for the first time this past weekend. They are both in an introductory class, learning how to play, rules, and learning some of the terms. They had a lot of fun, made some new friends, and got a lot of exercise! It was really fun for us to watch them running up and down the field having a ball.

The kids were so excited last night, when I told them they got to have friends/family over for pizza night. Katie had her sweet little friend, Gracie over. Nate had Cousin Cohen over. The boys and girls each made their very own personal pizzas. Then they all cuddled up for movie night. We had thought to watch Where the Wild Things Are. But, after reading some reviews, thought we should wait until they are a little older. So instead, ended up with Tinkerbell Fairy Rescue. Not very boyish... but they don't seem to mind. And the girls were so very excited to hear they got to watch Tinkerbell! Such fun... looking forward to many more evenings like this!

We have made it an annual trip to visit the Puyallup Fair every year with the kids. It is something I remember wanting to do as a little girl and not always being able to do. We are blessed that at this point in our lives we can do this with them. They had lots of fun on the rides. Though, I said to Anthony, while watching them on a ride, that sometimes I think it is just as much fun for the parents to watch their little ones having a good time. We of course, had to visit the animals (my favorite part!). There was a Momma Pig with a whole bunch of little piglets, and the kids LOVED watching them run and chase one another. We got to see dairy cows, horses, goats, and many more animals. And probably a highlight for me, was watching the kids try and milk "Mabel". So cute!

Papa took us out to Jetty Island, right outside of the Everett Marina. It had an amazing beach with such warm water! There were tons of wind surfers, seagulls, sunshine, and laughter! Our Katie girl was spending the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Mike up in the San Juan's on their boat. We know she loved her time, but are excited to take her out to Jetty Island soon!

The kids and I drove Auntie Andrea and family to the park for a hike the other day. Nate and Katie were in need of some leg stretching, and the views here were beautiful.
