What's in a name...?

Suddenly, without any effort on my part, I have people coming out of the woodwork wanting me to make cakes for them...Yeah!!! I am so excited. I actually had someone at the store today ask me for my business card...um...what business card? (She was the cashier ringing up my 20+ boxes of cake mix....hey, they were on sale - you know how I am with sales and coupons...)
So here's what I need your help with... I want to start a cake blog, but need a name for it.

Cake-a-holics?
Cakes by Heather?
?
?

That's all I've got.

I'd like to have a cute, creative name, but I'm not very good in the name-choosing area.

Any ideas?

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle

Janae has discovered her first loose tooth! She has been very impatient about losing her teeth, especially since her friends are starting to lose their teeth. It's hardly loose at all, so it could still be awhile before it comes out. She's just excited to have a tooth to wiggle.

This is the cake I did for a friend's little boy's 1st birthday. The little one is his smash cake. I had lots of fun, and am glad that my friend was willing to let me do the cake!

Little Miss Mess

That's what Jeff calls Kiera - Little Miss Mess.....and it fits. The other day I was checking email while K was watching Wiggles. After a few minutes I heard her shut one of the drawers in the kitchen, so I said, "Whatcha doin out there?" Her reply: "Just makin a mess." This is what I found.

She had emptied every box of baggies (we have 3 different sizes) of their contents.

At least she's honest, right?

This is what I see when I lock myself in the bathroom in the morning in an attempt to shower in privacy. (Don't worry - if Jeff's not home I don't lock the door...although I wish I could....)

New shades

We had a few sunny days last week and the girls both started asking for their sunglasses....um, you think I know where they are? No....but we found some cute Disney princess glasses at Walgreens for way cheap (read: free with coupons). Here is Kiera showing off her new shades. We got purple for K and of course, pink for J!

Breakfast out

A few days ago Shari's was offering a free shortstack to every customer all day long. So the girls and I got ready early and went out to breakfast before Janae had to be at school.Waiting for our food

I've never taken them to a sit-down restaurant by myself...I was a little worried, but they did an amazing job! They were well-mannered and NICE to each other, and me! Whew! We had a great start to our day, and hey - only had to pay for drinks!!
