I read this devotion which really speaks to my heart. It is the relationship that matters. It was saying that what is missing Most in ministry are people... who are Willing to build relationships We tend to do so much for the Lord, saying that we are serving and working for Him, no matter how successful your event is, no matter how big your church may be, what's important to the people is Someone, who is willing to stay back, sit down with them and start asking them "How are you?", someone, who is willing to listen to them and at least notice that they are actually facing come challenges in their life. It is such a simple and minute piece that is missing... which makes a Large Difference! The missing piece IS RELATIONSHIP . Your Care and Sincerity towards the people. Something so simple, yet many of us fail to do. sometimes, we have to learn to Slow Down, Breathe In, and Think... am I being selfish by just caring for my own self interest? or am I care-less towards what...
