Halloween 2010-Spiderman....no...Batman

Brandon told me for months tht he wanted to be Spiderman again this year for Halloween and I tried a few times to talk him out of it, but he was set on being Spiderman. However, on the Wednesday before Halloween he decided that he would be Batman. Lucky for him, there was a Batman costume in his size at Wal-Mart! He couldn't have been happier to be Spiderman for the church festival and then Batman for the remainder of his Halloween activities!

He made such a cute Spiderman and Batman!

It's a boy!

We are happy to announce that we will be the proud parents of 2 BOYS! Brandon is so very excited about having a brother and actually never doubted it was a brother since that is exactly what he asked God to bring us!

Ryan Louis Munson will join our family via C-Section on February 4, 2011!

Summer 2010

This was a great summer! The first Sunday of June, Jason and I found out that we would be expecting our #2 in February! It was hard to keep our secret, but we did! We told our family after our first ultrasound at 8 weeks, and Brandon during his birthday weekend!

This summer was another summer full of water....swimming, the lake, the beach, and Florida! Jason started working in Livingston for Polk County at the end of June and it was nice to have him home each night! I love the summer days of being "just a mommy"...and next summer...Mommy of 2!!

Spring Break 2010

Our Spring Break started with a weekend of fun while Daddy was home from work. The weather was beautiful all weekend so we were able to spend all weekend outside! During the week, we went to the park and had a picnic lunch with The Hamptons, went to Chuck E. Cheese's with The Smiths and Faiths, visited with Shelby and Caden, Justus came to our house to play, went to The Lufkin Zoo with The Hamptons, and went to the Children's Museum with Granny and Shelby. We were blessed with great weather! Now....the countdown to summer vacation!

Christmas 2009

Christmas was as exciting as ever this year! Each year Brandon anticipates Christmas a little more than the year before! This year he was in our church's Christmas play and this started a lot of questions about Jesus...we had some really awesome talks and they are continuing! Just the other day he asked about "the man on his dollar" and I told him some facts about George Washington and explained that he died a long time ago and Brandon said, with a lot of excitement, "You mean he already got to see Jesus!"

Of course, like most other 4 year olds, he was excited that Santa would be visiting our house again. He wanted Mack trucks and a Buzz Light Year with wings....he was so excited that Santa delivered again! He also loved getting "cowboy" clothes, baseball equipment, a bigger golf bag, a kick back, games, a pair of Buzz wings for him to wear, a dart board, play doh, and so much more...It was a fabulous Christmas!

The Sharks-Soccer 2009

Brandon's soccer team was The Sharks. He had a great time and he learned a lot from his
coaches-Mrs. Bria and Mrs. Ashley. At first, he really just played around, but by the end he was really getting into the game!

Jason's Baptism

Amazing day for our family-Jason was baptized by our pastor, Rusty, at FBC in early October!
