Rain, Rain...

So, This is an example of what our weather has been like lately, and what it will be like for at least another week. I kind of like the rain, but I know Jason is sick of it! I guess what do you do though, it is just part of living in Rexburg!!
I have started working full time and things are going well. I am enjoying it and the people I work with. I know that in a month or two I may be sick of it, so for now we will say life is great!!

Graduation

So, on Friday, April 10, I graduated from BYU-Idaho! It was great. The ceremony wasn't too long, so that was really nice. I was very glad, and I know that my family was glad too. There were some very good talks given, and I am glad that I decided to walk at graduation. Here are some pictures of what happened. It was a really good day! My parents were able to come up for the graduation, so that was fun. They've been here for the weekend too, so that is fun. And just so you all know, Today is Jason and mine anniversary. We've been married a whole year already! I can hardly believe it! Anyway, thats it for now.

A Good "Game"

A few weeks ago we had dinner at our apartment with another couple. After dinner, the other girl and I were in charge of choosing a "game". We decided to put pillowcases over our husbands heads, drive around and get them lost, and end up at an ice cream place in town called G's Dairy. So we put them in the back seat and put the pillow cases on their head. We tried for about 1/2 an hour to get them lost, but everything we tried, they continued to guess where we were. So, finally we gave up, and "surprised" them to get ice cream, even though they already knew where we were. It was a lot of fun, even though we really weren't able to trick them. This is Jason in the back seat with his pillowcase.

A really OLD sandwich

So, we had family night at our house tonight with a few other couples in the ward. As people were coming, I went into the office to find another hymn book, and looked on one of the desk shelves and found in the back, a sandwich that I had made for Jason a long time ago. Luckily it was in a tupperware container. I know it was a long time ago because of what it looked like. It was absolutely DISGUSTING!! So I left it on the desk for him to find when he went back in the office. So after family night he was putting chairs back in the office and laughed as soon as he saw it. He knew it was there about a week ago, but left it there because he didn't want to deal with it until later. I told him that NOW was the time to deal with it and so he just threw the entire container in the garbage. So that was our excitement for the night. It was pretty gross!

Graduation on FRIDAY!!!

So, Friday is graduation, and we will be having the churches newest apostle speak at commencement. So, that is pretty cool. It will be neat to hear him talk again. I'm excited to graduate, but it still feels SO unreal that it is even happening. I guess this is the most exciting thing for us right now, since my last two posts are on graduation, sorry. I will be graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science from BYU-Idaho in the recommended 4 years. There are many that don't graduate in 4 years even though the university more than want to get you out of here in that much time. Anyway, even though I am done, we will still be here about another year, so that Jason can finish his degree in Mechanical Engineering.
