Talking and Lights

Here are two new videos of Daniel that I really liked. He is really growing up fast. He loves lights on his toys, he talks to me all of the time and smiles constantly, although I still haven't been able to get a good picture of him smiling. He will be three months old tomorrow. I can't believe he is three months already. Anyway, he is so much fun, and we are so lucky to have him in our family! I love him tons and tons!

The Smith Family

Here is our most recent Smith Family picture (without Alan of course). I just think that it is rather funny, because everyone looks really good except one very unhappy, hungry, little guy!

Daniel's Baby Blessing

We just wanted to let all of you know that we blessed Daniel last Sunday, here in Rexburg. I didn't tell anyone, because I didn't think that anyone would come up here :). So, if you didn't get an invite, neither did anyone else-- except my parents and Jason's parents I guess. Anyway, here are some pictures from the blessing and of Daniel.

Jason and I sure had fun in Utah over the Christmas break. We enjoyed hanging out with my family and doing many different things. It was nice for me to have so many people wanting to hold Daniel all of the time. I appreciated the help. Jason and I were able to go on a couple of dates too. Here are a few pictures of Daniel. He sure is getting big! I can't believe how fast he is growing. He had his 2 month appointment this morning. He weighs 12 pounds which is in the 46th percentile, and is 24 inches tall which is the 77th percentile. So, he is a tall little guy! The doctors said that he was good and healthy! Which is always good to hear. I am glad that all went well.

When Daniel is happy, he does really well sitting and listening to stories. I love to read him stories when he will listen. I enjoy the stories probably more than he does. He got a couple of new books for Christmas, and this is my sister Melissa reading one on his new books to him.

Here is a picture of our family with Santa Claus on Christmas Eve. Daniel was the only child to sit on Santas lap who didn't cry! It was fun to see him on his first Christmas. The outfit he is wearing was given to us by my sister Cheryl as his first Christmas outfit.
