Baby C has learned how to reach into her crib and grab her pacifier (because usually I'm good about only letting her have it at bedtime). She loves her "ba" and her baby!
She finally persuaded me to take her out. She can barely walk as it is, the snow pants were not helping. But she had a good attitude and that's what really counts.
A was mostly in love with the little snow islands on the leaves in the gutter. They are pretty cute.
My favorite part is when the wind hasn't blown and there is still snow on the tree branches.
Snowman with lemon eyes, broccoli nose and green onion mouth. And they are having a good time, they just look like they hate it. Well, maybe the baby isn't loving being attacked by Rooney (next door neighbor dog and Georgia's bff)
Hooray for snow!! And it's still there so maybe we can sneak in some more play time this morning before it's all gone. (and when I say we I mean they :) I'll stay inside the warm house because I like warm)
We were there when it opened! Front row Joe! But I think Ruthie's hair is in her eyes. Help a girl out.
A kept saying "this is so fancy and grown up!" The dolls really enjoyed their chocolate chip muffins.
For the grand finale they brought out a cute little (or should I say HUGE) ice cream for her and sang happy birthday. She was beyond thrilled.
All in all, a successful trip!
We had a great time and if you have a daughter who is into American Girl at all I highly recommend it. The experience was so fun because she was so into it.
And the only reason I am putting this out there for the whole wide world to see is because maybe someone will happen to know someone who had this issue once and they can tell me what in tar-nation is going on because no one can figure it out.
