Hello!!!! It has been a LONG time since I have written anything. I guess we have just been a bit busy!! I will try to tell you all about just a few things that have been going on.. Alex had her 9Th Birthday in March. She and some friends went to see Race To Witch Mountain. They LOVED it!!! For her Birthday she got money, clothes, cookbooks, Rollerblades, and other stuff..

And with her money she bought herself a Rip Stick.. And this happened next... She broke her arm 3 days after she got her Rip Stick.. Darn it!!! It has a hairline fracture and it was casted for 4 weeks.. And it's OFF now!!! She was SOO happy that 2 days after she got her cast off she was on it again.. And so far NO broken bones.. (yet)

The kids had a day off of School so we went to The Treehouse up in Ogden. The kids had a BLAST!!! And so did Danen and I. Afterwards we went to lunch at Iggy's and Bethany ( Danen's sis) met up with us between classes.

We had a nice Easter with our Family. We dyed Easter eggs and did a Easter Egg hunt in the dark at the park with some of the neighbors. It was A LOT of fun!! But Madison fell and got hurt right at the end so I took her inside and she was SO MAD because she thought she the Easter Bunny was coming to the park...

We planted a garden for Family Home Evening. My neighbor let us use there tiller so Danen tilled some of the backyard for our little garden. And the kids had fun planting all of the seeds. It has been 2 weeks since we have planted our garden and we have SPROUTS!!! YEAH!!! I'm not expecting much this year. But we will see!!!

Gavin graduated from Pre-School. He is getting SO big. I can't believe he will go to Kindergarten in the Fall. He is such a fun boy to be around. And even though he has 3 Sisters he is ALL BOY!!!!!



Frazier is visiting us for the weekend. So we thought we should take some pictures before church... We were Striking our POSE!!!

Today the kids had off and Danen took the day off to spend with the family. So we had the kids decide what we were going to do. The 2 choices were the Aquarium or an educational FUN place.. Well they decided the Aquarium (Danen did a better job at selling that idea.. CUZ it was HIS!!! :-) But we ALL had a BLAST!!! It is called The Living Aquarium in Sandy, UT. All of the kids were able to "pet" a fish. Madison was a Little more lucky when she "petted" the fish it grabbed her!!! Now she is saying the fish bit her!! It was a bit funny!! After the Aquarium we went to The Golden Corral. They kids LOVED it, especially the desserts!!! I had my day made when we were sitting across from a man who looked liked he frequented there often came up to me and said you have the BEST behaved kids!!! I was SOOO proud of my bunch of kids!! Then some shopping!!! YEAH!! And the kids were great there. Then it was home again home again jigged jig!!!

Just LOVING life!!!

I know it has been FOREVER since I posted.. I was going to go Private.. But you have to be SUPER smart to figure it ALL out.. So well. Not going private for awhile. So I thought I'd try my luck at blogging again!!! A quick update.. We are all doing GREAT!!!
*Alex played on a Jr. Jazz team # 10 and just LOVED it, and was great at it also. I think she found a sport that she likes




*Syd just loves playing school with anyone who will sit and listen to her boss them around.. I often wonder if it is like that at her school??!!!




*Gavin has a crush on his pre-school teacher. It is SOO cute!!! I had to register him for Kindergarten a few weeks ago. I can't believe he is getting so BIG!!








*How can I forget Madison.. She is quite my little trouble maker. I was visiting with some friends on Friday and she said she is a fun little girl but you can see in her eyes she is FULL of life...or something else :-).. And BOY she is!!!



*Danen is doing great and LOVING his job. So he is JUST WONDERFUL to me and the kids!!!



* Me.. I'm good. Keeping busy with all of the house stuff and being in Young Women's.. I stay busy!! But loving it. And I joined the Gym.. I thought I need to do something..

I was sitting outside on my porch yesterday watching the kids play and ride bikes.. When a breeze came by and it brought back I smell that had soo many good and fun memories to go along with it.. It was the smell of my Grandpa Dalton's garage.. It is where he did his wood work, fixed cars and where us as grand kids had SOO much fun!! It was where all of the good soda was, good hiding places, fun room where you could find anything you could imagine.. No, really I think you could of found ANYTHING you wanted!!! LOL It was a smell that brought back soo many good memories. But also a little bittersweet because we cannot go back to Grandpa's garage and smell that smell again. I do think of him often and sure miss him. Love you Grandpa and thanks for looking after us down here!!!! Hope you aren't causing too many problems up in heaven!!!

We celebrated our 9 year Anniversary. It really doesn't seem like it has been that long! LOL Danen has been at a work convention all week and it had to fall on our Anniversary.. SO I was a bit sad. But we were suppose to go out that night after convention for a nice dinner.. Until I found a note in the kids backpack that is was Back to School night.. So our plans changed a bit. I went to Back to School night by myself then I met Danen for appetizers. Earlier in the day I was outside chatting with some neighbors and a FedEx truck stopped at my house. I figured he had the wrong house. But then he delivered flowers from Danen!! I was SOO excited!!! So it ended up being a great Anniversary!! Love you Danen!!!

Syd and Gavin were doing the laundry and they were very inventive. They got in the washer and got a laundry basket to put the wet clothes in then they put them in the dyer!!

Madison LOVES to vacuum!!! Even though it doesn't pick up much when she does it but she feels like she is helping.
