Tis' the freakin season!

This year for office gifts, I stole an idea from my friend Emilee (however, her stuff is always much cuter than what I attempt to make).

Anyway, I made TimTam-Slam kits for my team at my school. I packed in the essentials and wrote a cute little poem that had the directions for making a TimTam Slam!\

Also, here is a recent picture of Cha-Chi. I know how EVERYONE has been thinking about him. Look how cute he is! He's getting fat and old but he's ADORABLE!

All of Your Wildest Dreams Have Come True....

Because I am finally posting! (Actually, there are probably like 3 people who maybe check this blog every once and a while, so this goes out to you.)

The past month has been crazy. We are SO ready for Christmas break.

Here are some pictures of what we have been up to the past month or so....

*On a side note, I went up to see my friend Abby and her hot awesome new baby, Riggs, however, I was dumb enough not to get any pictures. Figures.*

Karen, Emilee, Laurel, Carol, and myself went up to Salt Lake to see Rob (my previous boss) and his family in "The Savior of the World".

My mom and I made wedding cake balls for Cassidy's bridal shower (which I am not posting pictures of because all of them make me look fugly)

A cute piture of Jackson I found on my photo card.

Addie at one of the BYU games sitting in Grandpa's sweet chair.

One of the BYU games. Awesome. Always.

Our Christmas tree. This is the first year I've really decorated one. Usually I am too lazy or a Scrooge to do it. DONE! (And yes, those are my sweet wood board walls and shag carpet. Again, AWESOME)

Halloween- Awesome style

For Halloween this year, John and I didn't really do anything outstanding. On Friday, I had my school partay/parade, which was INSANE. I let my kids decide what I was going to be for Halloween. They decided on a cavewoman....a cavewoman?!
Mikelle, luckily, is amazing and helped me pull together a last minute cavewoman costume that turned out pretty cute.

On Saturday, we slept in, hung out, went around to see the neices and nephews costumes and then went to see "Where the Wild Things Are", which by the way is a good but trippy movie.

Hope everyone's Halloween was as good for them as it was for us!

So Looooooooooooooooong.

It has been so loooooooooooooooong since we posted. Really, we are far too busy to keep updating you on our ever exciting lives.
Actually, we are just super boring and have nothing to post about.
Yesterday was the BYU v. TCU game. We had a suhweet tailgate party before the game....until it started raining and we got soaked. To keep as dry as we could, we piled into the parentals car and basked in the sweet stuffiness from all the Fosters breathing so hard.
Anyway, here are the pics.

You can't tell from this picture, but there are two more people in the back of the car. Awesome.

Welcome home Sister Morley!

This post is WAY late. My best friend, Cassidy, got home from her mission and we went to her homecoming! It was so fun to hang out with Erica and Cassidy!

CrAzY in the HIZZOUSE!

Life at the Williams has been really, really ridiculously BUSY. I started teaching last Wednesday! It has been so fun, stressful, exciting, and throw upish all at the same time. John is also getting ready to start school at UVU tomorrow.
I got a new calling as 1st counselor in the YW presidency. Between this and teaching, as Megan put it, "all the crap hit the fan".
Other than the stress of life, we have been good!

24th of July/Christensen Family REunION

Over the 24th, we had the Christensen family reunion in Moab. It was crazy fun. We went hiking, biking, river rafting, and so much more! We also went on a hummer ride at Hell's (naughty) revenge which was scary awesome.
Moab=Rockin fun

Here's a side note....We went to Wendy's the other day and Wendy was there! Love ensued....

Maren's B-Dizzay!

On the 30th it was my birthday! The big 22! After I had my mid-life crisis, we had tons of fun.

Timeline of never-ending party events:

The day before my fam (Dad, Mom, and MeLisa) came up. We went shopping and hung out at the mall for a while. Then we went to Jordan Commons in Sandy and went to a movie.
MeLisa trying on a hot fur vest

Then on my actual birthday, we went to see the movie UP (which is a freak awesome movie) at Jordan Commons again. Then we went to our friends house and played lots of games (I buried everyone).
Then this last week, my BFF Emilee from work took me to dinner at Los Hermanos. It was super good but then all the stupids came and sang to me. It was really embarassing and I don't think I smiled once. I'm pretty sure I just sat in the corner and scowled....it sounds like something I would do. Then we went and saw Night at the Museum 2. There were only like 10 other people in the theatre so I didn't get too many dirty looks when I laughed uber loud.
Me eating the free birthday fried ice cream

Exciting Event of the evening: On our way to Los Hermanos, we totally saw like a hold-up or a shoot at at a gas station. There were tons of cop cars outside and there were cops all around the building with their guns on the ready. Then some guy walked out of the building with a bag and the cops started screaming at him and he had to put the bag on the ground, put his hands in the air, and then walk backwards to the group. It was bar none one of the most exciting events of my life.
It's really hard to see, but there it is!

Thanks again everyone for all the birthday fun!

A Bloggums About Nothing

This is just a quick update post because I haven't posted in a while. I'm still in school (which sucks hard). It's really busy, stressful, frustrating, etc..... But it's all good, I only have until July 23 and then I am done with school for the rest of my life! (Even though they won't let me graduate until next April). John is done at BYU and moving on to UVU which he is super excited about (he hates BYU). It's a little stressful to start all over and have to wait a few more years to get on with our lives but it's all good. Because he's not a BYU student anymore, they won't let him work at BYU, so he is job hunting for a summer job....It's great that neither of us work now.
We're super excited for our families to move out here from back east. My sister Mikelle and her family are moving out from Alabama and John's sister Michelle and her family are coming out from Florida. We're excited to be able to see them more and spend more time with them.
We're also excited to go to DisneyLand in a month! Even though it's only for 2 days, we're excited to take a break from all the craziness.

Every Party Has A Pooper, That's Why We Invited You!

Happy Birthday John! Today is John's 26th Birthday! I can't believe it! Anyway, here are 26 reasons why I love John. (in no particular order)

#1 - He is usually the only person who can stand my sarcasm/humor/randomness.

#2 - He is the kindest, most thoughtful person I know of.

#3 - He's so dreamy.

#4 - He's always watching out for and thinking of his family.

#5 - He is a super hard worker. He's worked so hard with school and had the courage to start over when he switched majors.

#6 - He never puts himself first.

#7 - When I hold my hand out, he knows I want a drink. :)

#8 - He always finds ways to make others (especially me) feel better.

#9 - His hilarious laugh/jokes.

#10 - He loves my family as much as he loves his.

#11 - His strong spirit and testimony. When he gives me a blessing, it is one of the greatest feelings in the world!

#12 - He is SUPER friendly and gets along with everyone.

#13 - He puts up with my music....even though I know he hates it.

#14 - He is always looking for ways to help.

#15 - He helps me win at games by cheating for me.

#16 - His sweet frisbee skills.

# 17 - His horrible driving.

#18 - He is so amazing with kids and I know he his going to make a wonderful father someday (no, this is not an announcement).

#19 - He is so active and so fun to be around.

#20 - His little acts of kindness he does (making the bed, doing the dishes...)

#21 - He is so patient with me when I'm uber stressed and ornery.

#22 - I know that he will always love me.

#23 - He makes sure to tell me that he loves me every day.

#24 - Did I mention how dreamy he was?

#25 - He cries when he watches Simon Birch. (He's going to bury me for posting that)

#26 - Basically, he is the most amazing person I have ever met and I am so lucky to have him.

John I love you and I hope you have an amazing day!

Ketchup with no pictures

Life has been freaking insane the past couple of weeks. As I look back at it....I throw up a little in my mouth. School is officially over! Huzzah! However, I start school and my second cohort (student teaching) again on Monday. It's just going to be super awesome to not get a break. :) John is done with classes for the Spring and Summer. Right now he's looking for a full-time job until school starts again in the fall. He's applied at some construction places and will find out hopefully the beginning of next week. We need some moo-lah so hopefully it will work out.
I am quitting my job probably within the next week. It's crazy. I've worked every summer since I graduated from High School and now I am just going to school....I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. I've worked at this same BYU job for 2 years-ish!
I am also officially done with school for the rest of my life July 23!!!!!! I am so excited. But they won't let me graduate until next April, which sucks hard.
Cha-Chi is awesome. I think he's has paranoia though. He's really twitchy. But he's hilarious as well. John made him this maze and he freaks out whenever he gets in it. We attached it to his house and he moved all of the contents from his house into the maze.
Also, we might be going on a trip to Europe next year with our friends! Hooray! It would be a month-long backpacking trip so we have to start saving up now. Hopefully it will work out so we can go.

Big Announcement!

Well, John and I have also decided it's time to expand our family. That's right! Meet the newest member of the Williams family....
Cha-Chi the Gerbil!
He's so cute! Just a minute ago, he was running on his wheel! Ah-ha! I love him! Thanks John for my early Birthday present!

April Tom Foolery!

At my office, my friend Emilee and I are basically the key target for pranks. We scare easy and we usually give loud reactions. HOWEVER! This April Fool's we decided to get our boss back for all the mean tricks he has played on us. John, Emilee, Laurel, and I snuck into the office the night before and did this little wonder. (FYI - There are approximately 400 balloons in his office...was it worth it.....oh yes.)

Suh-Weet!

I got the internship! I am going to be teaching next year at Westridge Elementary in 2nd grade. It will be so nice to get a salary, benefits, and have my own classroom! Thanks everyone for helping me and keeping me in your prayers!

Festival of Colors

Yesterday, John, Adam, and I went to the Festival of Colors at the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork. It was so much fun! I had never been to their temple or seen it so it was a really neat experience. We walked around the grounds, saw llamas and parrots, and of course, threw paint EVERYWHERE! When the paint fight started, it was insane. It was so much fun. John's scalp is dyed perma-purple. I have a couple of purple streaks in my hair, but not really noticable.
Here are some pictures and a video! (side note - I interview for my internship tomorrow! Keep your fingers crossed!)
